How does this scale go is it > > > >

Is the AI on the hold em game actually good cause AFAIK I've yet to see a poker game with good AI which ruins the game no matter how good it looks.

What about Super Monkey Ball? You haven't tried that? I played for about 15 minutes yesterday and it is pretty hard, it was fun though.

I had my first craving to by a new iPhone today while browsing the app store but I had to crush it cause I'm waiting to give the BB Bold a chance and to find out more about this BB thunder. I'm in no rush, I just have to stop my self from craving a new toy and making a rash decision. It's gonna be tough though with the Apple store right across the street from my job!

Did you guys buy your games? I haven't paid for anything yet and want to wait it out because a lot of my free ones are crashing my Iphone and I have seen reviews on some of the pay ones that crash.

Out of the free ones...
Remote...sweet
Graffito...Fun and kinda silly
Tap Tap Revenge...easier then guitar hero
Box Office...Perfect! So easy!

FWIW, OTA ActiveSync worked fine for me. My testing with it so far has been very limited though.

Free that haven't been mentioned:
Pandora- Free music streaming based on your recomendations, AWESOME!
Twitterific- Social microblogging service, Uses Twitter (BYW i'm Doctorsound there too)
iPint- Funny for about 30 seconds, displays a fake beer
Scratch- another gimicky app, you can "scratch" on vinyl
Google- A little easier than going to google.com
Loopt- Another Twitter client, does support loaction based services, meh.
Midomi- Sing, Hum, Type or Play a song into the iphone and it will tell you what it is, and give you a link to youtube. Excelent, knows a lot!

I believe he's talking about Exchange push support not via iTunes.

Its been working pretty well. It was iffy at first when all the servers were busy.

Here's the catch, which I figured out, changing things in the Address Book and iCal programs...dont push. They do sync every 15 minutes or whenever you set your automatic syncing for...but the only time you get push with calender/address book is through the mobileme site, or your iphone.

Its not a big deal, but something to be aware of.

We only have Exchange 2003 at work so I wasn't using push support with my ActiveSync testing.

I have no clue why, but I woke up to an iBrick this morning. The thing is completely unresponsive. I even plugged into a sync cable I have hooked up here on the office machine for iPod charging. No difference, still an iBrick even with tethered power. I had no problems at all when I upgraded to 2.0 on Sunday and the only apps I installed were iPint, Phone Saber, and Shazam. Looks like the Apple store may be on the agenda for this evening.

I get one every week, since I didn't buy any of the apps, I get a list of the free apps I downloaded (receipt). You only got one so far?

This is freaking cool. Now I don't regret getting an iPhone! The added functionality is great. I thought I was getting senile already at my age because I couldn't figure out how to make Remote work.... but then I realized you needed to have wi-fi on

Its only been a week...

And yeah. I got one with all the apps I downloaded the first day.

I assume I'll get another this/next week with the new ones I got yesterday.

I just realized why? I never bought anything from Itunes before this. You should get one every week, even for the free apps...

anyone else playing Aurora Feint? The game crashes quite often and the only way to fix it is to reboot the ipod touch (not sure on the iPhone)
