Gas Cubby...
Let's you enter your gas fill-ups as well as service history to remind you when you need service again...
Here are some screenshots from it installed on my iphone...

For the $5 I paid for this app, I'm very happy with it.
I still need to go in and add my service history information so that it can start reminding me when I have my services coming.
Oh and you can email the information to yourself as a CSV file. Which I recommend you do to backup your information.
p.s. don't mind the 44mpg reading on the Avant Chart. I couldn't find my fillup receipt for that particular point so it's skewing my info.

BUT, on a related note, other guys that I know with chipped 2.0T's are getting better mileage than stock. And with an upgraded turbo, 36mpg isn't unheard of. One guy I know with a 1.8T and a Stage 3 turbo kit is getting 36mpg on the freeway.
level selection area

a few shots from gameplay

basically you control by tilting the phone, and you can also make the selected guy(s) jump by swiping your finger up. varied levels with some puzzle/platformer qualities. different guys with some different properties. each level has challenge times, collectible gems, etc for achievements.
I'm too lazy at the moment to put up screenshots, but some recent apps that I've come across that are worthy of purchasing...
Word Fu
- word game, tile based, sorta like scrabble
Pocket God
- if you've ever seen the futurama episode where bender is lost in space and plays god, it's sorta like that.
Things
- task manager. Has companion os x application. iphone can be synced over wi-fi with os x installation of Things (http://culturedcode.com/things/).

I spent $4.99 on the NCAA Mobile app and it is really awesome. Can pick up any of the games. Our local affiliate isn't multi-casting this year--and I really didn't want to spend the $$$ on the DirecTV package.
Jelly Car. Nuff said.
But for that Gas Cubby app, I use Car Care. Same think it looks like. Also logs oil changes and what not. probably the same for Gas Cubby tough.
Dynolicious is pretty freaking awesome too...

btw, I actually got a chance to use Skype on the Iphone, it works really well. I was talking to my buddy in Korea from the Iphone on Wifi, to his skype account that goes to his Korean cell phone and there was literally no delay. I'm impressed, it was better than making a landline international call IMO.

okay, I have now found my favorite iPhone app!! It's call MotionX GPS... it basically tracks your route... I don't see myself using this while driving/traveling... but for running! It tells you exactly your distance, speed, average speed... and fastest. It works a heck of a lot better than the stupid Nike +... which I never found to be accurate no matter how many times I calibrate it. And Garmin sells something like this for $200!!! This iPhone app was $2.99!!!

Have you tried Dynolicious? I use it all the time for my car and friend's car to see how many WHP our car gets, especially after a mod. It cost me like 13 bucks. It's actually very accurate and somewhere on the internet, some guy did a test and this iPhone app is more accurate than a $200 dyno.

40 mpg in the Avant?

due to a possible patent claim.
got it installed
