2 things regarding the Howard to the Clips and Lamar returning to Staples:
1. In order to get Howard, they'd have to move Blake and/or CP3. I'm sure DeAndre Jordan could be in the mix as well, the Clips aren't getting away without giving up either CP3 or Blake in any possible trade. Which, as Neil Olshey has said, is a non-starter.
2. Lamar did great things while here, and I think in his heart of hearts, he will always be a Laker. But the way he left wasn't professional. Especially when Pau, in direct contrast, handled it much better than that...and continues to.

Hey Heat guys, any thoughts on Heat-Lakers this Thursday?
IMO, I think the Lakers will get ran if they continue their high-turnover rate. Given that I think the Heat have the fastest help and recover defense in the NBA and that they have probably the best transition game, the Lakers will get ran.
You mix the Laker turnovers with the Heats defense, speed, and propensity to run, and you get roadkill in Miami.
However....
If the Lakers can control tempo and get the post game going, it'll be a close game, close enough for the Lakers to try and steal. I don't see that happening, but I hope the Lakers surprise me.

It should be a good game I hope Lakers win, but you are right about the high turnovers.
What about Lebron last night even though I don't like him, he did a good job coming back last night, even though he was being a ball hog, but hey if being a ball hog is the only way to get your team back in it, more power.

^^Jerry West, Jordan, Kobe, and now Lebron faces this dilemma.
Interestingly, I remember reading an article on Jerry West, aka 'Mr. Clutch', when he was asked why he didn't pass it to Pat Riley, who was wide open to shoot a game-winner.
Jerry West replied 'There's a reason why he was open'. The games biggest and greatest players will always be questioned, there's no doubt about that.

A slow Luke Walton would be a better option than Morris.

I shoot people
Yes! Clippers beat Mavs without Chris Paul!! Buzzer beater!

....talk about having the complete opposite of the Laker problem....an abundance of point guards. In fact, all-star caliber point guards on the Clippers.
In my excitement for the Heat-Lakers matchup, I failed to remember the Lakers-Magic game on Friday. It'll be interesting to see Howard vs. Bynum, on a number of levels.

But, LeMiniMe is good enough. He should be able to score 897 points alone since he no longer is the raptor-in-the-middle with LeWade and LeBron out.
LeHeat will still win and crush the opponent. Easily.

^^ you are relentless Yum....
Without those guys, obviously my opinion changes a bit. But I still wouldn't sleep on the Heat sans Wade and Lebron.

^ Look...the Bulls win with ONE defective and extremely sucky/flawed superstar in Rose.
The LeHeat. They have THREE. And not just any three. The BIG THREE. BIG. So, LeMiniMe is a BIG. So, LeHeat will easily win tonight. I stand by that.

Your telling me a win almost losing to the wizards makes your team better come'on. The bulls isn't the same team as last year. Intensity isnt there Noah isn't playing to his normal style. If u pull up the our record is better bs. U guys had a easier schedule as of right now

Told ya so....Lakers, IMO, are still working through way too many issues to beat the elites of the NBA right now.
Tough to watch....seriously, there is no flow like there used to be with the Triangle.

See. Told you folks the LeHeat would crush the LA Ponders.
The only failure here is LeBron did not score over 100 points. :shakehead
