The stat of the Heat being 1-7 (oops, 1-8) versus the top teams...? Yeah...something's not right with this team.

Personally, channeling my inner Chink...I think LeBron pissed off the Yingyang Gawds when he did that attention-whoring stunt about taking his services to whatever-beach on national TV...

How can a team with THAT much firepower end up shriveling when the going gets tough?

I have to think its the coach too, The talent is there and they play lights out alot too but damn this is rediculous.

I see Juwan Howard almost everyday, were going to have to have a talk as I make his drink
(he comes in my store and gets juice all the time, and I happen to be the juice bar guy)

Not going to lie this whole thing reminds me of the 05-06 season.

Anyways, the Heat need to start learning how to play as a team and close out games. SERIOUSLY

The difference though, is that Pat Riley is a legendary, championships winning coach.

I've rooted for Spoelstra since he became an assistant at Miami, being his same ethnicity and all, but I have a little hard time believing he's got more tricks up his sleeve for the playoffs.

Sorry to Sacto. i like the move, to be honest. Everyone thinks this just affects LA, but with both the Lakers and Clips in one spot, this essentially gives the 'Kings' a shot at getting the IE, San Diego, and OC markets, which are huge. FWIW, small market teams make do with less people than those 3 places...

Not only that, but it keeps the Kings a viable organization.

Agreed, Riley was great. Guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Yes....of course the other side of my argument is that Riles was a young assistant coach when he started winning championships too.

It'll be interesting to see how it plays out with all the competition in the East.

Um...Chicago was not crowned as the team to beat. Chicago does not have 3 All-Stars called LeBron, LeWade, and LeMiniMeandaHalf...Chicago did not make the off-season press as the Heat did.

And Chicago actually beats the top teams with regularity.

No it's called magnifying glass BS. Everyone's been saying for the past 2 months that Boston would win it all. See stuck in the past Tag Team.

Oh, with me involved...it'll always get nice and cheeky.

But, if the Bulls take on the LeHeat...I call the LeHeat in a 4 game sweep. All games will be blow-outs where the lousy Bulls will lose by margins of 50 points or more.

ANYTHING LESS THAN THAT IS A FAILURE AND GROUNDS FOR RIDICULE.

Chicago doesn't beholden themselves to be a Superteam like the Heat.

I honestly don't know if the Kings are better off in the OC. Mostly all their games are sellouts in Sac and I highly doubt that will be the case when they move.

^^are they still sellouts up north? Not from what I've read, but I could be wrong.

I think there are more opportunities to make money here, even if they don't sell out every game. The Honda Center has luxury suites, and there are probably better TV deals down here as opposed to Sacramento.

Of course, I say all that, and I really don't know anything...I just want to be able to drive 15 minutes to get to a game, as opposed to driving to the Downtown LA.

^^ No the games are not sell outs. We only have a 17k seat arena and it looks empty for the most part, prolly 11-12k on a reg night.

Im starting to put it through my head that my home team is leaving. So do I stick with the Kings or do I go for Golden State?

Well some people in Sac are down on the Kings because they have been threatening to move if they didn't get a new arena for awhile and that's the main reason there not selling out now.

Unless put a better team on the floor I don't think they will be a big draw in the OC
