the way I heard it wend down is Chalmers tripped Gomes (maybe intentionally), and might've been playing kinda rough with Davis. Blake nudged him pretty good running back down the court. Chalmers started yapping. Not sure what was said, but it seemed to make griffin angry, lol.

cool your jets AsianSpec, its all good.... there was a little playful banter with Doom a couple of pages ago on how hard teams played. I know the Heat are really hitting their stride, are probably tired, and yes, 2 losses aren't going to upend the season. No big whoop.

But if you're going to hang your hat on the an Xmas game, then the Lakers aren't going to win many of those battles, which is fine. The Lakers have lost the last 2 of 3 years xmas games, but have won a championship 2 out 3 years as well. Finals all those years. We'll be there. So its winning a battle, not a war.

Yes that year counts but under the current CBA in which he was drafted rookie contracts are 2 years with the team having 2 option years so you know the Clippers won't be letting him go anytime soon.

Your right that would be fun to watch but not very likely because other than Durant and Westbrook OKC doesn't have anyone worth anything to give up to get Griffin.

I think because "everyone" has seen the history of the Clippers and how they have had many very talented players and have not been able to keep them because players want to have at least a shot at winning a championship and they know there is no chance of the with the Clippers. The Clippers have a hard time winning any respectable amount of games let alone a championship. Study their history my friend not just recent history and you will understand what "everyone" is talking about.
