Going to bring up old news.. Malkin vs Ovechicken.. Pens vs Caps game last week..


Anyone have any idea why these two hate each other? I thought they were buddies. Didn't they room together in the last Olympics?

I've never seen one superstar(ovy) try to kill another(malkin) before. It was weird watching Ovechicken headhunt Malkin the whole game.. Honestly I thought it was one of the weirdest things I've seen.

Missed that game. But Malkin did at one point last year say "Teammates, not friends" Interesting. And isn't Malkin bigger and stronger? Should have taken him on. I'll be sure to watch their next match up.

I thought they were just playing hard against each other until last game where Ovechicken was head hunting. I had no idea they now all a sudden hated each other. Works out well for Crosby. Now Crosby isn't getting roughed up by Ovechicken and can go after someone weaker like Semin

That will be a great b-day gift rounder... Actually I'm the middle of a family crisis so the hunt for a legit winter classic jersey was put on hold for now. I'll probably eventually just pick up the pens third jersey which if memory serves correctly should be released soon
