The Avs still need some pieces or Georgiev has to wake up and stop playing like the shit he has for the last month. Still would like to see us add a 1B goalie and 3C/4C. It is getting greedy but a 6D with some size would be helpful as well to make up for the gritt that Byram played with in the playoffs.

Dream scenario but I don't think they are in the running for it would be to grab Guenztel for the run but big rentals is not really the Avs way of using resources.

I am over here just hoping the Avs can pull out one more in the next 3 years.

Really hoping we can add one of Beuch, Guentz, or Tiffoli to finish off the forward group since there is no guarantee Landeskog will be able to play in the playoff and even if so at what level. I think we need one more forward to go up against the Oil as they just have so much firepower. All that said I still feel like right now it is the Panthers cup to lose.

I get wanting to be a lifer but damn it is really sad watching Sid go through this to likely finish out his career. By the time they have any chance of a rebuild he is going to be really old if even still playing.

Still the dumbest move to go get Karlsson. They should have used that money as well as Geno's to pick up free agents that were younger. He has not been able to adapt his playing style as he has gotten older and his playing style doesn't work with being older and slower.

They should have traded Malkin in 18 when his value was still high, he has hit a brick wall HARD. His knee is done, he can't skate, he's just done.

As for Sid, he's a Penguin till the end, I have no issue with that, just hate seeing the team fall apart around him

The Avs won a playoff intensity game last night against the Canucks. One of the most physical games I have watched this season that they have played. I just really wish Georgiev would show up on time to start the game. He has for the last couple months decided it is ok to leave 2-4 goals in within like the first period and that the team will just bail him out and score more. Shit isn't going to fly in the playoffs. He was great last year but has been insanely frustrating this year.
