If Edmonton can turn their 2 game win streak into a 4 game win streak, they'll be ahead of the Bruins in the standings.

Looking at that gif, who would you assume was injured on the play? And stay afloat? They're 4-5-0, they're 5th in the division, they're only ahead of Toronto, Florida and Buffalo and EVERY TEAM in the division has games in hand on them. Stay afloat this submarine hasn't come up for air since the season started.

West is probably a bit different again this year...but, who knows. Still too early to rule out the Bruins...that's all. And hey, I'm no fan of your team...just trying to apply some of what I perceive.
Where's Moog to come marching in here to tell me to put down the bong?

Sweet...so, Obliterated for McDavid is the Bruins MO too?

Not to worry Black Label, nothing like playing the Leaves to pull yourself out of a slump. They'll be 5-5 before you know it.

Well, dunno what to call it...but if we ever wanted evidence about Western Conference versus Eastern Conference and wanted to argue for the West, look no further than the Oilers who have a 3-game winning streak...thanks to playing 3 straight teams from the east.

Report: NHL will hold hearing with John Moore for hit on Erik Haula
James O'Brien
The NHL will have a hearing with New York Rangers defenseman John Moore for his hit on Minnesota Wild forward Erik Haula, according to ESPN’s Pierre LeBrun.
TVA’s Renaud Lavoie notes that it hasn’t been determined if Moore will receive an in-person or telephone meeting just yet, so the ceiling on his punishment hasn’t been determined yet.

lol & not lol is Moore has an inperson.

I think it's more of a sign of the weakness of the department of player safety. Can you think of an instance where 2 players from the same team get hearings? It's like the moronic embellishment calls where they always take 2 players.

I see a legal hit on a player doing his job to impede the offensive player.

Shoving a player head first at the boards from 5 feet away is nowhere near a legal hit
