Ok he's nuts about Crosby but Girioux should abosofawkinlutely be there. Marleau but no Girioux? I think Brian Burke May have been on the team Canada committee spouting his nonsense.
Girioux is the leagues hottest player since Dec 1.

Tell me I'm the only one.
Is it really douchey or just a game...
Crikey, back from vacation to a minus -15 degree commute and easily double that with windchill. Thought hell had frozen over, yummy cakes was suddenly my best friend and domcha was planning a parade. Whew, it wasn't a nightmare, just jet lag.
So what else did I miss?

I agree Giroux should have been on the team, but CG over Crosby? The projected captain of Team Domcha, and the one who scored the golden goal? Get real, just shows how dumb Flyers fans are

No. Contrary to popular belief in Pittsburgh. Not every Pengoon deserves to be on a Olympic roster. I wouldn't have had Kunitz on there either.
And Yummy, no Seabrook? WTF, Is his skating weak or something?

And Kunitz definitely belongs on there
Seabrook would've made sense paired with Keith since they go so well together.
I attribute most of the weird decisions on this team to Kevin Lowe. He has assembled the Oilers team...and we know how successful he is at that.

But, you can't discount that either and so, I assume he'll be next to Sid in the Olympics.
Word on the street is that Nash is also a close buddy to Sid. Combine that with Nash's experience and decent stats in International competition (his Jackets were never in the playoffs, so he had lotsa practice! ), he got the inside track.
