As a casual observer, I would've preferred to see Staal and St. Louis on the squad. But, oh well...

And now, I can't wait for TSN to spend the next bazillion hours debating and talking about who is on and who is off the squad.

Muay-thai-ing the opponents on the head is not part of International Ice Hockey. So, his specialty was not required.

No Girouix? And Why Smith over Crawford in net? All Crawford did was win a cup.

Not a fan of Marleau on there either. How do you put him on but leave off Thorton?

Maybe they like Smith's puck handling abilities and it will be an asset on International ice?

Although, honestly? Who cares about the 3rd goalie...the likelihood of that guy starting is next to nil IMO.

Lou is old and out of shape and can break down at any minute. Went price shits the bed, he really shits it. I think a 3rd is critical actually.

Well, it should be Martin Jones as the 3rd goalie anyhow.

Why the concern?

Nothing to be concerned about.

Brad Dotey will deliver the goldz again for just as he did last time.

As much as I hate to admit it (now, they take over as the default #1 hated team for me with the Pink Things gone), they have a good squad.

With 10 players going to the "O", chances are strong for the injury bug to bite.

You're telling me...I am not as keen as who makes the squads from the Hawks and they have 10 players suiting up for their countries. Thank goodness Saad and Seabrook were not selected.

Again, don't care who wins gold. It's all about the Cup.

I wonder if Pengoon and premiere cheap shot artist Malkin will smash fellow Pengoon Crosby's dome in their "O" match-up

Once a Pengoon, always a Pengoon, no?

....or do two Pengoons cancel each other out?
