The install went ok---we snapped the head off the bit on the impact tool on the first wheel and could not find a replacement. We wound up drilling them out so I installed the rotors minus the screws. So far, all seems well.
I do a lot of high speed interstate type driving. I was getting tired of the Honda brake high-speed shimmy---the car would shake with the slightest application of the brakes at speed. These pads/rotors have cured that issue and get my seal of approval.
Thanks to all members I spoke to in my research and a big thanks to Sean for making the process easy and affordable.

^ You're correct, sir
I've had these installed for about a week now and clocked a couple hundred miles already. The rotors look as great as the pedal feels. I'll post updates and such as I rack up more miles but so far, I'm very satisfied. Thanks again, Sean!
Just curious...does anyone have this setup + SS brake lines?

I need F&R rotors and brake pads. I want to know if you guys have better brake pads than the ones you guys are offering. Like any higher brand you guys offer that isn't listed. Thank you, I would like to know the price on this kit and if it's in stock, so I don't have to wait. (PM me )

My rotors and pads are being installed at a shop, and I was wondering if I have to follow the install with the suggested 'Break in ' procedure immediately after or if its OK to drive it a bit before doing the break in.

You should really do the break in before anything else...it's what "sets" the rotor and mates the two material surfaces. I'd do it immediately. I just drove around my block...about 6 times...45 to 10...45 to 10...never coming to a complete stop. That was it.

I got a set installed on mine and love them. I had a little problem after a while and I just want to say that the customer service I got from Sean was AWESOME!! This is where it's most important after buying anything, customer support. So I want to say to anyone that's wondering. You can buy with confidence!!! That he will take care of you. Hope this helps anyone that's "thinking" about it.

free bump for Sean aka brakemotive... i had a little problem, with no detriment to the effectiveness of the brakes, but only cosmetically, and Sean jumped to replace them for me! Shipped the new rotors out faster than the first set I got. There is something to be said for unsurpassed customer service! Thanks again Sean!

I did the break in procedure as soon as I could. Then I went to Big Willow racetrack the next day. No fade the entire day doing stops from 100+mph. And I for one love the iPod click-wheel sound when stopping.

Yeah I found an old country road to do my break in procedure.
I had my car sit for almost 6 weeks after the initial install and drive with these rotors and after sitting for that long there was not a spec of rust on these rotors before driving my car yesterday.
Clean as a whistle. These brakes are the bomb!!

Pics of said brakes that sat without movement. And I think I only did 1 procedure 5 or 6 times of 50ish to 10ish never stopped then drove at about 45-60 without stopping for about 15 miles for a cool down normal operating temp procedure and bit them hard for the rest of driving that day.

Just thought that I would add a little update. Put about 17,xxx miles on since installing them on the TL. The brakes are performing great, specially in LA traffic. The Jeep is also performing great, you can definitely feel the difference more on the Jeep.
**Sean I might have one more for you. Can I get a quote for Front and Rear rotors with pads for a 2002 Subaru WRX Wagon 2.0L Turbo 5 Speed.
Thanks again

I think you save 20 bucks or so by not getting the pads...originally I REALLY didn't want them, but with almost no savings, you're better off getting them. Plus, they are matched perfectly and lessen the choppy air noise since they have a beveled edge (that ALL slotted rotors sound like).
Not a problem about posting up the pic...was actually taking it for the lightweight pulley but I LOVED how the brakes looked too!
