Wouldnt putting the heating element be super easy? Just take the seat cover off and place the pad under it just like our seats are. Would get super hot quickly due to thinner material/not leather. You'd just have to verify that there isnt a ignition problem with the padding material....even though i doubt that due to most racing seats having some sort of flame retardent to them.

Yea shit is so costly. Id really like to re-upholster my bolsters (sides) with a dark micro-fiber/suede. Think it would look really good, hold a little better, and wont crack like 4 year old leather. Once again though...money money money.
