something reliable that i can keep it "oem" will be stress free and wallet friendly

my next car list if i really decide to ditch the tl
-new 2010 honda element
-used 2006 and up infiniti fx35

i really like the new 2010 legacy too but i know i won't keep it as it is. same goes for G37x
the new audi Q5 is growing on me.. the infiniti FX is nice too..

and lets face it.. you cant leave it OEM.. thats too plain you have to add alittle personality to it

the everyday usability of the element is awesome. My younger brother has one and we fit a 58" plasma in it without any issues and that was with it still packaged. With the seats out or folded it can swallow some large loads (ie. washer/dryers, fridge). The only thing i would think it would need is some more HP but it works well with what its got.

Anyone here gotten the flu yet? i caught it last week and shit knocked me out of service for a week.

yea thats what makes element attractive. also even though k24 is little underpowered for element/cr-v they are really great on gas for a suv. plus k24 will last really really long time.

I would post a link but it looks like they took it down this morning. They have a running thread on 8th gen and looks like they sold out this morning. I put in an order last night so i hope i got in. Dont need another set of wheels but at that price for forged mugens, i couldnt resist since i have some extra $$ rite now.

Min, the wheels are the ones from the mugen si.

lol yea I saw that as well, it was posted on fatwallet and stupid people were making fun of it. Saying how putting it on the car isnt going to make it any faster, blah blah blah.

Min, element dude, cant go wrong. Either you like it or you hate it and I personally would love one. But yea, i dont think it would be possible to keep it stock. They need new rims

acurazine doesn't have element section so if i ever get one, it'll be stock other than hid headlights, tint, tailgate spoiler, and side steps

Element owners club. LOL big forum for the element. Tons of aftermarket stuff you can do with the element. It can go either direction too. Lower it and big rims for the metro/city look or raise slightly for the "offroad" look. Honestly it doesnt need much if you get the SC or EX-p. Just maybe slight bigger/lighter wheels to improve handling/mpgs and your set.

Thanks for coming over the other day Brandon and helping with the cat, hope you enjoy the RT!

With the 06 cat back on the car seems to have a lil more low end grunt but less top end and the exhaust is sexy smooth now, almost G35 like

The K&N model number is RU-2590. It's a tight fit, but it works just fine.

resisting arrest, shot with bean bag, continued to resist at that point it's her own damn fault. Don't fight the police cause you'll always lose.

Now if she had not been resisting and he fired a bean bag on her then that's a different story. And you could cause the girl more injury by taking her down and restraining her while she continues to fight then to simply shoot her in the leg with a bean bag. Sorry but I'm going to have to side with the cops on this one.

^ concur.. the girl is pretty hefty too for a 12 year old,, honestly they could of been more forceful but whats worse a broken face and possibly an arm being slammed to the ground? or a bruise from a bean bag.. i think honestly the bigger question what is a 12 year old doing on a max at 11pm with no parents? and why is she on there if she has been banned because she was caught stealing purses? obviously the 12 year old needs to be spanked a few times.. and the parents need to man up and put her on a leash

Narrower tires on the TSX, which is a good thing for snow conditions.

Tires make ALL the difference.

I've got my snowtires and cables ready in case we get another 'fun' snow storm this winter.

I grew up in the Northeast, so no problem driving in the stuff, its the idiots doing 50 mph on I-5 with ice and changing lanes rapidly that scare me.

Fighting the police should be a losing endeavor. Even if you think you've been wronged, fighting with two armed officers is just plain stupid.

So, it's not really a comparison between the TSX and the TL, but more of a comparison of of how 215s fare in snow vs 235s? I thought that Minkl81 was actually commenting on how the cars performed in the snow, not their tires.
