Already have plenty of flakes around here, including myself.
Miserable drive. I have got to find a way to work from home. I can't take much more of this. At $300 a month after expenses, I'm not making much money from eBay so that is not the answer.
May be looking closer to home for a new job. Something NOT union.

maybe pull the trigger on this one? silver is another boring color but somehow it looks pretty good on tsx. lines look more chiseled and create sharper looking image.

http://portland.craigslist.org/wsc/cto/2901183406.html

and once it gets euroR front installed...

also never thought this light blue looked unique once its slightly modded

btw.. used car market is totally dry. i searched for '05~'07 accord sedans as well but none at reasonalbe price.

it needs to be an auto. my portion of payment will be the sale of accent and my wife will be writing a check for the rest and she insisted it must be an auto so she can drive it time to time. unless tsx is no go for me. or gotta say getting out of accent is no go for me

I know that dilemma personally, it's part of the reason I don't have an S2000.

Speaking of wifes, I drove the TL to work today. I miss having my butt on the ground. I filled it up after Carrie left town and the mpg was 21. When I got to work today I got 15mpg!!! holy leadfoot Batman. I know my driving style is heavy on the Italian side, but that is ridiculous.

sucks that somehow she don't like silver one too. but i think the one on cl is pretty good deal considering its local. plus silver color is very easy to maintain. run it through kaddy car wash once a month or so.

cant wait to have tsx again. it'll be a mod heaven with parts that my wife won't recognize. lol

I'd be reppin infiniti if it wasnt the gas price Haha..

Think i'm gonna convince her to buy that silver one if the car doesnt get sold anytime soon. Would've been more perfect if it had a navi but cant complain.

pouring rain and slow drainage = hydroplaning commute day

what would u choose?

both are silver/black combo

#1. 2007 with navigation, 81k miles and price is $15,268 shipped to home

http://www.transtekautosales.com/new...Acura-TSX.aspx

#2. 2006 no navigation, 64k miles and probably I can lowered it down to $14,500

http://portland.craigslist.org/wsc/cto/2901183406.html

I can't live my life today without being tracked by satellites. How I got from point A to point B without NAV in a car I have no idea. So I would pick #1.

Probably about the same?? Since #1 is cleaned up by dealer but listed in the auction for quick sale. so dealer might have taken care of minor scratches (but its a new york car). And its 1 owner car.

#2 is local private sale and probably it isn't detailed like dealership for resale. Plus this one has 3 owners already. I'll be the 4th if I buy it.

Fuck 'um. Watching March Madness makes me realize how crooked the NBA is. They'll never let the Blazers have another championship. Not enough income for the cronies who control the league. After the Celtics-Lakers finals in 2008 I stopped hoping for a miracle. The NBA is totally corrupted.

Special note to our beloved nighttime pedestrians:

Wear something other than fucking black, blue or any other dark ass color

Just cause you have the fucking walk signal doesn't mean you can forget the look both ways rule of thumb

If you're dumb enough to violate all of that, don't flip off the fucking driver, you're a fucking tool.

Never buy a used car with that many miles from a state that salts their roads. NY is rough, tons of snow, lots of salt. Washington is the same way... That car is highly likely to have rust up it's butthole. If the 2nd car is local and has never been owned outside of Oregon, I'd take that one.

Ruf woof. Paid $4.25/gal for gas yesterday. That's $80 to fill that little tank. Gonna need to find more stuff to sell to make up for that pinch in my wallet.

On the subject of idiots on foot:
Funny how people want this driver to look out for them, but take no personal responcibilty for stepping out in front of my 2ton missle. These people are not developementally disabled, they just think I'm sober and give a shit about them.
I don't even walk behind occupied cars in the Safeway parking lot.

That and the dumbass bicyclists that think the road is theirs too..fuck sharing the road especially when it's skyline. I hate blazing around some of those corners and having to slam on my brakes cuz they are in pairs taking up the whole damn road. Got rear-ended last year for that reason. There's also this one dumb lady I see every morning that is always walking into oncoming traffic..one of these days Ima see her on the news

Yep. We stopped on West Union Rd last year to tell some bikers that the spot were they had stopped to fix a flat in the worst possible place, only to have the dude say "fuck you." A month later a guy died not more than 150 feet from where we stopped while riding his bike at night (without a light).
I hope they realized a connection when they heard it on the news, but my guess is they were unfamiliar with the area in the first place.
