Nice. Well good food and good company is not a bad way to go.
One of my co-workers just told me there's an all night happy hour spot in the city that has $1 Modelo's!

Hey...
I'm trying to pick up a set of wheels from a local Acurazine Member, Mugen RL.
Can I re-drill his wheels from 5x120 to 5x114.3?
The original specs are 19x8.5 Linea Corse LeMans Hyper Silver w/ Pol. Lip (5x120 +35)
I can't run an adapter because that would make those wheels like +10.
Too aggressive for the CL.

So many nice rims for sale, just be patient. You will find a set you
really like at the right price.

Yeah I know. It was good price on a local deal. Probably just be patient now and save up.
I don't think it's the right style for what I'm going for.

Yeah...makes sense.I just keep hearing about Ingalls so I don't hear much of the SPC kits.
I'm sure they're good quality.
I think they fabricate the kits for Eibach and Eibach re-brands the hardware.
I think I may be getting rid of my TL... The gas mileage is hella bad 99 miles on a half a tank wtf! plus having hella problems with it I just want to take the whole car apart and rebuild everything

its the same as a suburban...5.7L v8...12mpg
a kit when I bought mine. The rears were two per side, one for camber, one
for toe. Very well made. Here are a couple of pix of them on my car:

I have the SPC camber kit for the E. It is very well made as well. And yes
Eibach takes the SPC kits and puts their name on them. Most of the time
the Eibach kits are cheaper than the SPC ones.

I think maybe I might have to go with the Ingalls Full Control Arms with Ball joints.
From what I read, might not have enough clearance and might knock when I hit a dip.
Shit's complicated to me...
I just don't know enough about this shit to know WTF I'm doing or what's the right setup or not for me.
Somebody was selling SPC front/rear camber kits [brand new] for $400 shipped.
But then Marcus, Heeltoe, has an article on his website stating that the kits like SPC...
"Because aftermarket ball-joint boots are of inferior material, and are subjected to altered range of motion (when installed on a lowered car), the boots tend to become brittle and they brake after a while."
I just don't know what's okay to get away with and what's not.

if you're low enough, even the ingalls control arm kit will hit your shock tower, mine does.
if it werent for my front tires rubbing, i wouldnt have even bought a camber kit for the front. but since i needed MORE camber and couldnt go any lower, i had no choice. but if i ever get new coilovers that go lower, im putting my stock control arm back on and gonna drop it till the camber is where i want.

When i lowered my car i went and bought ingalls front and rear camber kits.
i installed the rear but never installed the front, because i went the cheaper route and got the ball joint front camber kit. But if you get the control arm/ball joint you can adjust it alot more then just the ball joint.
Right now i dont need the front camber kit, but im going to lower my car more so i will need a better camber kit. So im going to save up for the Full Control arm/ball joint.
So if you want just the ball joint i have the it from ingalls, its brand new never opened. still in the packaging. its for a 01 tl so i think it should still fit. not fully sure tho

I ended up only purchasing the Skunk2 front camber kit since my rear camber isn't all that bad considering I never had my car slammed. I'm not really a fan of riding too low anymore, it's just not fun when commuting on the crappy sections of highway.

Not sure how I'll be sitting when I change wheels.
They're excellent kits, but back in the day (2002 - 2005) the rubber boots started to crack open. But they replaced the rubber boots with red polyurethane ones that don't crack anymore.
If you have an old kit and the rubber boots start to break, call up SPC and they'll send you some new rubber boots for free.
They sent me new ones really fast when I called and asked for some.
SPC has great customer service and I like them.
I would get the SPC rear control arms. I'm not a fan of the front ball joint ones because they hit the chassis if you're really dumped.
Get a full control arm for the fronts. Give you more clearance. I don' t know if SPC ones one, but I know Ingalls does for your CL though.

Those are the exact same ones that I still have on my 02 Accord V6.
Edit* from previous post. I meant that SPC will send you some *polyurethane* replacement boots. It's not rubber boots anymore.

Took my TL to a rave in SJ and someone keyed my car and im so pissed at the moment..deep scratches on my hood, fender, driver door, rear door, and by the rear blinkers.. they're not one straight key but it's about the 6 inches each.. i can buff the one on the driver door out but the others are pretty deep....sigh...IUBQWIUHER WE[ ODFIHN[938PCHY8OQWB9P
