Do you think those would clear a 13" Rotora BBK?

I asked the rep from Wheeldude and he said he didn't know.

The only way would be to do a test fit.

But I don't have the BBK on yet so that's not going to help.

He said he thought it would clear Brembo's on the 3rd Gen TL.

If not, I guess I could always run a 5mm spacer right?

Or is that not very safe?

I think Lito knows some one.

Remember asking him about it before.

Whatever you do DON'T go to "Deals on Wheels" in Concord!! I dropped some wheels off to get powder coated and they lost them!!! You can go to Pacific Rim but they're a little expensive. Also try calling a body shop.

Took the xB down to socal over the weekend. They had a nice show at the Toyota Speedway.

Some shots of the ride when I was driving down.

One at the show

Even though they aren't local, I highly recommend dipped parts. They are in socal. When it's time to get my wheels redone, I'm driving down there to drop them off. Even with gas money, i'll save $400-500 compared to anything around here.

Interesting, I'll keep them in mind. However, I think I need to get a better set of wheels first, LoL.

Tein CST. If i ever decide to go lower im switching the rear springs to something shorter. In any case, its not gonna be while I have this bumper on since I dont want to crack it any more than it already has

just bought 2 new springs for my front coilovers. they're 1inch shorter and the stiffness is going up from 7kg to 9kg. but they're on backorder so i wont have them till mid november but after that, if i put the 2nd collar back on, my car will be .75inch lower than it is now cant wait also need to find a pair of 215/40/18 tires for the front because im going to be rubbing like no other when i go lower.

it was 125 after tax picked up in milbrae (2 springs). Tein doesnt sell them direct so i had to go through an authorized vendor.

does it effect the handling or anything if you have different tires in the front and back?

cause i might wanna do that so i could go lower, and run a negative camber in the back

Been running different tires on my last 3 sets of wheels (except the current set) and have not seen any adverse effects

what do you guys think is a good size for tires, i kinda wanna stretch them so i could go lower!! without rubbing while driving/ turning.

my set up is 18x8.5:
205/35/18
205/40/18
215/35/18
215/40/18

and where could i go to get the tires and have them mounted in the east bay for a good price.
I wanna do this soon to get ready for acurafest haha

215/40/18 on an 8.5 would probably stretch as much as my 225s on a 9. but 205s are pretty small tires, thats stock width i think.

im going to be going down to 215/40/18s on my 9s in the near future.

fasho, do you know any places that would mount them for me? cause i went to a couple places and they said 215 wont fit on 8.5. i guess they just don't to do it for some reason

You want stretch?? Or just a tiny angle on your side wall?

Vex in SJ will do it. Tire Outlet on Alum Rock will do it. I'm running a 205/40 on my 17x8.5 and it went on w/o a cheetah. My rear is 9.5 and has a 225/35 and I don't consider that to be stretched at all. Also, if Falken makes the ziex512 in 18, that's a good tire for stretching. I've seen Yoko S-drives stretch, but you would have to drop a tire size vs. the Falken. Federals run big.
