Update on Acurafest caravan:
For those who remember last year's caravan, I planned a meet point in madera where the sac and bay area caravans meet. since the drive this year will also go through madera, I plan on keeping the same meet-up location. I will work with the bay caravan coordinators on this (cali2882 and nf3d0149ab).

yea i think its best for me. save money cause i know i wont work on a truck.
i havent spent that much on the bug yet. maybe around 500? i might as well sell it now before i buy the new tranny.

The CL is officially alive again!

anyone know where i can roll my fenders?? been experiencing lots of rubbing and pulled off a good size chunk of fender liner today..if this is going to continue then i need to roll my fenders soon; especially because i like the way i have the car set up and don't want to raise it..TIA!

motorsport technique does it for 80 for 2 fenders...oooorrr call dennis...maybe hell charge you less

i'm located in san leandro, and work in hayward..so i just checked out motorsport techniques and they do $150 a pair..not looking to go all the way down to san jose or anything, even if it saves me a little money..rather stay more local..if you know any other local places around the hayward/san leandro area then let me know..i tentatively have an appointment for next monday.
