You want stretch?? Or just a tiny angle on your side wall?
Vex in SJ will do it. Tire Outlet on Alum Rock will do it. I'm running a 205/40 on my 17x8.5 and it went on w/o a cheetah. My rear is 9.5 and has a 225/35 and I don't consider that to be stretched at all. Also, if Falken makes the ziex512 in 18, that's a good tire for stretching. I've seen Yoko S-drives stretch, but you would have to drop a tire size vs. the Falken. Federals run big.

He messed up my side skirts and laughed it off. I was fkin pissed. I didn't think it was funny at all.
I ordered falken 452's from him. He gave me the price over the phone. When I arrived, he told me it was more than what he said over the phone. I constantly told him that he told me the price was so and so and I had written it down, but he kept his story. This dude is fucking shady. Tarzan looking cat, but the fat version.
Fucked my car up AND then still charged me for more than what he said on the phone....
AND he also got bitched out by another customer while I was waiting. Customer was about to Knock him the fuck out, I was hoping he was gonna do it too...

i think he should ride in your car since it'll be easier for him to shoot pics from your backseat instead of my passenger seat. and in your car he can at least take pics from both sides. just my $.02
