Mine's sitting in my grandma's garage in Iowa until I take her back home the weekend of the 22nd. I currently have her, my old, TSX it is kind of fun driving the old car and really nice not having to stop for gas every few days. The TSX is getting about 32 MPG in my daily commute since last Thursday. I had the hood repainted as the rock hits were really bad and it turned out great if you ever want your hood repainted Jorge I recommend Mike Garbe at Automotion in St. Louis Park.

I PM'ed WannabeG for advice on a white haze in the trunk lids red paint and how to remove it but haven't heard from him yet. So I tried clay, rubbing compound, polish and finally wax to see if I could reduce the appearance but I don't think it looks any better. I also took it in to WBA for it's service and it was a rusty heat shield causing the noise plus I had them do a couple of fluid changes so the car is mechanically ready to roll but I still want to finish detailing the car.

I'll try to be a RK next Monday last Monday I was invited to half priced burritos at La Casita and I was to full to want to go to the car show after dinner.

I need to get new rotors soon...anyone have a recommendation on a good set of cross-drilled & slotted rotors or should I just go back to OEM?

Pineapple...have you already changed out your rotors that were the same as mine?

I need to hookup with Joe so I can get that darn aftermarket lower serpentine pulley off of my car...cannot stand the noise.

Jorge...you want it? It would go nicely with your loud ride

What do you guys think of this setup from StopTech?

Is it really worth changing the brake lines to stainless?

Well I don't get it you are taking your car back to stock by removing all your performance parts. But you what to put high performance brakes. I do not get it dude.

Because I'm weird

The exhaust was too loud for my liking and the aftermarket pulley seems to go thru belts too quickly...and it's noisy.

I am going to consult with Joe and see what his thoughts are on just replacing the belt one more time...maybe go down in size again?

Don't fret Jorge, I will make a meet this summer....as soon as my kids baseball and soccer seasons end.

I'd be up for doing something on the 6th or 7th. The 20th and 21st I'll be out of town, so that wouldn't work for me at all.

Let's get this put together!

Thefatcat, I have those rotors and SS brake lines minus the brake pads as I run the Duralast gold Cmax instead. I haven't gotten around to install the SS brake lines just yet but with just the rotors and my current pads, plus bleeding the lines. My brake is nicely responsive.

On another topic, Hi all. I know I haven't been on for some time now. Giving modding the car a break until I pay some bills off. Only thing I've done so far is changing the drive belt myself due to it making squeaking noises. Looking at replacing my hood dampers and doing the timing belt and water pump soon as she's getting there.

If you guys all end up doing something, I'd be down for getting together with some of the old crew. Post up what the plan is. I've checked my schedule and run it by the wife, so I should be good to go.

Have you guys gotten together yet this year? lol

^^ What you do? I really wish I would have removed my cleared/ZKW lights and sold them to someone on here. The kid that bought my car has no idea

I wanted to sell the car to another enthusiast, so I kept everything on it when I listed it. Instead, I got some rich parents that said I had a clean car, and bought it for their kid.

Jake is usually the set up man. Well we need to vote on the days selected.

Weekend of the 6th or 7th

Weekend of the 20th or 21st

Then what is every one up for the meet.

Do it at someone's house. At a park and grill. Or at a park a cruise and eating somewhere. We need input Dudes. if not I will make the choices.

Anyone looking for a quad set up? I'm thinking of selling my old set. My housings are pretty beat up, but I can definitely swap my internals to your headlights for a cheap price on top of what I want for my headlights.

Jorge! I know your headlights are dying for a quad set up
