Here are the times for Registration and Judging. We are having cutoff times this year for registration this year as we still had people filtering in to register 2.5 hours after the meet started last year.

Parking:
We will have someone coordinating parking as we want everyone parking in a line and filling up a section before moving to the next area. After parking you will be given a number for your car. Make sure to bring this in when you register as I will need to know the number. I will post up a picture of how the parking will go tomorrow.

If you are just attending and don't want your car judged, still park where you are directed, but inform the person giving you the car number sheet that you are not having your car judged and you don't want a number.

Registration:

• 11 am - Registration is open
• 12 pm (Noon) - Registration for Walk-ins is closed
• 12:30 pm - Registration for Pre-Registered Attendees is closed. (Unless you PM/email me in advance)
• Anyone arriving after 12:30 pm may attend but will not be eligible to have their car judged.

Judging: The judging/awards announcement times are subject to change.

• 11:10 AM - Judging starts for cars that are registered and ready, If you need a few minutes to prep your car just let the judges know when they come by.
• 1:00 PM - Sound system Judging will begin. This may start sooner if we get a head of schedule.
• 2:00 PM - Judging is complete (if not sooner)
• 2:30 PM - Awards are announced.

I HIGHLY recommend that you are at your car when the judges are there. They can only look at so much if you aren't there to show them your mods and answer questions. If they can't see the mods and you aren't there, then this MAY (probably will) impact the score you get. This is why judging is starting so soon to make it more likely that the judges arrive at your car when you are around.

Sound System Judging:
You will be allowed to play two 30 second tracks of music. One song for the 30 second track will be provided on CD and everyone has to play that track. The second track is user choice and can be from any song you like. You may make a custom 30 second mix if you want (does not have to be a single song). This is being done to allow for common music to be used in judging, allow you to choose a song that properly shows off your system, and to ensure the judges have time to check out your setup/install.

How far and where is okj from jw acura?

I looked that up on Google maps and it should take you around 4 1/2 hours to get from CHI to STL according to their calculations. You should be in STL by 7am-ish. I'm heading out at midnight from Knox and should be there around the same time. I just need to hear from Redbirds11 regarding rendezvous point once we get in.

Alright guys-here's the first pictures from Day 1 at Oklahoma Joe's. This place is so popular, the line to order food was OUT THE DOOR!!!! But here's a picture inside, once we got seated. There were 17 of us at one table!




After that, swoosh (with NO capital "S") wanted to get ice cream, so we went to Sheridan's after Oklahoma Joe's and took some Glamour Shots! We lined up 10 cars for this shot.

Below is how we want the parking to proceed as people arrive at the meet.

We will start with the first car parking at position 1 and consective cars in the direction of the arrow. After that area is filled, then proceed to spot 2 and so on. We should have someone out there helping to direct cars.
