You can make plans to come next year. In 2013, we will be taking our Acuras out on the Kansas Speedway racetrack! (at least, I hope)


And please, don't ask me "why not this year?". I've already spoken to the Kansas Speedway. They have already completely torn up the entire speedway to lay new concrete this summer.

They told me that they would be happy to have us, but they can't this year. So I'll make arrangements for us to drive the track next year!

That place has an interesting atmosphere for a couple of minutes but that is about it. Of course this is IMHO and I realize that people that grew up with it actually think it's good.

Btw, I got some stuff I'm wanting to get rid of for FREE in case anyone coming to the meet wants them. PM me if interested.

I have 3 pairs of the .24 ohm resistors for using to mod the turn signal relay to get rid of the hyper flashing when using LEDs for turn signals.

Also I have 4 good year eagle F1 tires 235/45ZR17 94W. I have a friend that works at NTB and a customer came in wanting to get different tires (the F1s were the ones they had on the car). The customer said nothing was wrong just wanted different tires and the NTB staff couldn't find anything wrong with the tires either so they called me and I picked them up. I haven't used them and I no longer have stock wheels for my car so they are just taking up space in my garage. I figure worst case someone can use these as a set of burn out tires.

Guys I almost wouldn't have made it down. Tonight I drove the NSX to work and on the hwy deer were crossing(like 8 of them) I noticed the little reflection in a couple of their eyes and thank god the NSX has good brakes. I stopped about 6 - 7 ft from them the person coming up behind me nearly hit me, but went into the left lane and took out bambi and his mother with her VW SUV. Everyone was alright. minus the headless bambi and her mother. A cop came by and shot the mother cause it was suffering. I am still shaken. How I didn't hit the deer is beyond me, and how the lady behind me didn't plow into me is another mystery. Someone upstairs must be looking out for me.
