The KBBQ last night was at home, and the night before we ate out. It's usually half and half.

Tonight I'm having Papa John's.

I grilled up some lamb-burgers tonight.

Patties were made of ground lamb, feta cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, & pepper, and a bit of olive oil drizzled over them to help brown them up.

Served with feta cheese crumbles and tzatziki sauce on olive-oil grilled mini-Kaiser rolls.

They were a nice break from the ordinary beef hamburger. Definitely a keeper recipe.

That sounds awesome!

I was just thinking about tzatziki sauce on a gyro () today as I drove by a Greek place I really like...
