Trying to decide what to make the gf for dinner tomorrow
I have chicken breast, ground turkey, and tuna steaks in the freezer, not sure if I feel like making any of those though

It was yummy. I had to add extra horseradish to the sauce and I'll probably cut back on the amount of potatoes next time. The shrimp and cocktail sauce really add some zing to the dish. The turkey fryer was awesome for making this. Next time I will steam some clams with it.

Marinated a yellow tail steak (Costco sells bags of them individually wrapped) in 1/2 cup Ponzu sauce mixed with 2-3 Tbsp of Sriracha.
Just before cooking, poured a little sesame oil on to keep it from sticking too much to the grill.
Grilled 3-4 minutes (1" thick cut) per side over medium heat.
