Did you get the "bone-in"?
I made a ribeye roast a few weeks back and man was that damn good.
Tonight I'm making this....
Not my pic but hoping this is how it comes out

1 (4 -5 lb) beef roast
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package brown gravy mix, dry
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package dried Italian salad dressing mix
1 (3/4 ounce) package ranch dressing mix, dry
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup red wine
carrots
red bliss potatoes
I laid the meat on top of two thick slices of vidalia onion so it's not sitting in the juice.
