when it first came out i tried torent 1 shiet i was dying like crazy

 

There are so many changes, all of them awesome. I never played D2, but a lot of my OG friends say it reminds them more of D2 now.

I can't wait to go home and just play. I'm thinking of skipping the gym even

when I last stopped playing, I made a facetank wizard, last at lvl 59. Forgot the build but she could stand in place surrounded by melee mobs for almost as long as my barb could.

Actually, what difficulty are you at now? May have to drop it down. Unless you're at like hard difficulty or something... devs said they now scale monster level to character level.

 

T1 is hard with those stats if you're in a party. You can probably just barely hang in the early acts.

two monks and i were doing act v T-1 and we couldnt do it, normal mobs just took too long to kill and i was doing 390k dps as a wiz.

some actually good yellows dropping. All my old auction house stuff is slowly getting replaced.

I'm only 66, but I did pick up three legendaries that I'm rocking. LOVE loot 2.0!!!! In D3 I'd pick up 10 legendaries and never use a single one.

One amulet makes me immune to all electrical damage and instead heals me for 12% elec. dmg dealt. I feel silly sitting there tanking a champion.

 

Made a Crusader last night just to see and wow, Blizzard really put all that D3 profits into making the Crusader look and sound great!

Started out in Expert with no gear and did pretty well. I want to try Master, but I think I'll wait till I'm at least out of Act 1 first.

Loot 2.0 is def crazy! 3 legendaries so far in one night..... I think I got that many legendaries in 1.0 after a year

 

it is only 10 levels from 60. you can do it within 2-3 days if you can kill the monsters in T-1, if you can't then go find some people who could to play with.

My Wizard is at 500k dps, 7k life per hit, 2.5 mill toughness and 200k life. With those stats, i am not even close to be able to stand in front of boss/elite and tank.
This is with a reduction of 15% crit chance and a lot of crit dmg % because with higher inte #s on gears, you can actually boost up your "real" dmg from Int vs crit chance/dmg

Before my yellow crit dmg is about 300k even tho i had close to 60% crit chance with 300% crit dmg but my intelligence was so low, so the yellow # is not as high as you could hope.
Now the actual crit dmg is about 1 mill to 1.5 mill, #s i had never seen before.

tried with kill Matheal last night with 4 ppl in T-1. Failed. The fight lasted so long, i was counting the # on his health bar. It was not an easy thing to do since he was moving and there were so many digits. 1.8 billion.

level 70 comes relatively quickly..within 2 days if you play enough from a level 60 char.

Playing in Master difficulty is easy. Only problem is big bosses take forever to kill if you do not do enough damage.

 

^no kidding... took me a long ass time to kill the last boss. I think every time I hit him with my left click attack, his health bar didn't really change.

Leveling is much faster in adventure mode.

 

Yeah, I'm trying to blitz through to get to Act 5 with my Crusader. Playing in Master mode gives me great amounts of gold and nice loot but damn it is slowing down the blitz

 

Finally got to Act 5 with the Crusader on Master.
Prob gonna bump it up to Torment 1.

I still find it ridiculous how you can get Legendaries from rocks, urns, etc...

So... the jump from Master to Torment is a LOT bigger than the other jumps

Got my butt kicked instantly against skeletons
Going to have to get better gear and levels before trying that again.

 

T-1 is kinda easy now.

Been playing Adventure Mode T-2. You dont have to look for elites, they are everywhere.

i was never really into crafting before but i was playing with the new Enchanted last night, I love it how they can change 1 of the properties.
Now the problem is there are SOO many more types of materials you have to save now.

If anything, it seems like my wizard has a much easier time in T1 than my barb does. I get my rekt with my 250k dmg, 2.7m toughness barb. Maybe it's the level since monsters scale, but at 68 my 190k DPS, 1.9m tough wiz is soloing T1 okay. In a party I don't do as much damage, but its still not as pathetic as my barb.

I love playing melee, but I end up kiting as a barb more than I do as a wizard.

Templar companion is awesome if you give him nice gear too. dem heals

I pop archon whenever I see an elite pack, or if I'm in trouble.

 

Okay, I got my numbers wrong. Was just pulling them from memory.

I changed up my build and picked up some nice pieces. Shieldbarb with 7.6m T, only 240k dmg base. Very hard to die in T1.

 

This is my current stats. I could have 750k dps with 5.8 mill T or 600k dps with 8 mill T. Depends on the type of boss i play.

I only have 2 offensive skills (Throw blade - mainly because it does more "hits" to a group per click = leech faster , especially helpful when there are so many monsters at once in Adventure mode)
And Improved Archon.)

I use diamond skin and Frost Nova along with life per hit as a combo to pretty much stand in front of anything in T1.

I just got back on the game over the weekend. RoS is fun! Just wish had more time to play!!

I'm a monk. I think I'm around 600k dps / 6.5 mil toughness / 8000 healing. I use a cooldown reduction build.

I hate how bnet profile doesn't show the enchanted props and numbers with the passives on.

I spent a lot of time trying to find the right props on all my rare armors. Now can I please get some real legendary weapons!?? Two nice weapon would boost my dmg up to 750k unbuffed..

 

By the way, let me know if anyone of you wants to get your new character powerlvled from 0-70. I have shitload of d2jsp forum gold and there are ton of runners who can lvl you from 0-70 in 2 hours max.

I will gladly pay for all of your new characters.

I have level 70 Demon Hunter, I think I am around Paragon 30. Just beat the quest part, now working on the adventuring and rift stuff. I'm on Torment 1, but need better gear. Found 4 legendaries last night so they are definitely dropping a lot more. Could use a better bow and armor though.

Still getting back into it after a year hiatus. My account was hacked (isn't everybody's??) and I just got it back. Some idiot actually made a new character but thank god they didn't delete my lvl 60 at the time. too funny.

 

I tried to level up my Crusader last night. Gave up at level 12. It just got too boring.
