You can skip around, but he facerolls T2. I'm sure his actual crit rate is higher, that's how barbs just work. They're great at killing trash

My build has a ability that increases my crit rate by 1% for every enemy within 10 yards. And other things all said, my default crit is at 24% but I can hit a group of mobs and more than half of the numbers that pop up will be yellow.


He says he can probably do T4 with some defensive passives swapped in, and I believe him. He has a few lvl 60 pieces too.

Yay, I managed to reroll the Magefist and right ring to make them trifecta. I'm almost at 600k with +% dmg here and there.

The new legendary drop rate in the rift is actually sweet. Got to play like 2 hours last night. Got a lot of shitty legendary.

This is like literally 100x better than before loot 2.0. I get legendaries sometimes, but when I do, they're usually a nice upgrade. Or change my build outright... which is how it should be.

I found 5 legendary items in one nephalim rift run last night alone.

 

So my crusader is now at 378k dmg and 9.3mil toughness.

I wanna get my dmg up higher :/

At level 44, I'm getting like 5 levels in 10 minutes or less.

You do not need to kill the wretched queen. Just having the 3rd mother die will give you the XP. I found it easiest to do this with a ranged class... just keep attacking her at a distance and she'll get aggro'd to you. A couple of steps into the town gates and she'll just die.

My buddy had a crusader and he does sad damage.

 

The crusader can be super good now with the patch buff.

My CDR monk build is shaping up pretty nicely... Found the weapon last night. I wanted this even before getting back into RoS.

 

Is the Stone of Jordan ring worth using at all?

Meh, I think it was great in D2 and D3 1.x, but after RoS, the stats aren't great and only the 25% increase dmg to elites is guaranteed.

I guess if I ever find another one with better stats then I might use it.

 

It can boost your dmg by up to 50%. It's the best ring in the game.

 

got that ring where you need one less set item for the bonuses. woot.

 

Struggling with whether to go with Stalgard's or Scourge for my Crusader.

The difference is that Stalgard's 350+% of weapon damage flying piercing axe releases on every melee swing, even when not hitting enemies and as long as there are enemies on the screen, while Scourge's char centered aoe blast works with all attacks and skills, not just melee... but can only hit every 4 seconds at the fastest.

New patch made A TON of changes to the game and classes. Some good, some terrible, as usual.

Huge nerfs to skills people loved and small boosts to skills no one ever used. Sigh.


I'm super mad about them nerfing the Crusader's Judgment-Resolved skill from cit chance +80% to +20%.
Who the hell is going to use that skill now?!

The new update fucked up my monk badly.

They either increased the ground effect dmg dramtically or they nerf my monk's defense.

11k armor, 1200 resis, 11 mill tough and 10k life per hit died in 3 secs in poison in T3 rift. Something that has never happened before the new update.

and Wave of light freezes monsters for 4.5 secs? it is almost cheating now.

You have to stack a single elemental dmg to maximize your effective dps.

Right now, you have 3 different elemental dmg gears. This really isn't helping you much.

I would say you should try to stack Lightning dmg since your SOJ is very nice.

I will give you some pointers in crafting gears for your monk once you confirm which plans you have right now.

I am in process of getting a new glove, so that fire dmg will go.

The probably with lightning dmg is... the 100 ways of crap lightning rune sucks,, even after the update.

So i m forced to use Holy rune.

i have all the plans except for Crimson

 

The primary spirit generators are just to generate spirit. Don't worry about it.

Most of your dmg should be done by spirit spenders such as LTK/SSS/Bells.

 

When you get a chance, craft these:

crimson boots+pants
aguild shoulder+chest
reaper's bracer

get 8% cooldown reduction on shoulder
put a diamond for 12.5% cooldown reduction on your helm

Even though the increased the drop rate, it is still hard to find good items.

But it is easier for me to get crafting materials, at least we have something to play for now.

 

did my first bounty runs yesterday after hitting 70 thanks to my friends. i must say, it's harder than i thought. in vanilla d3, i could handle up to torment 3 with my gear. now torment 1 kicks my ass and i still die to elites in master? (the one under torment) granted this is all with legacy legendaries. anyway, RoS makes d3 a little more entertaining now. the allure of hunting new legends makes it interesting for me. i haven't even used the mystic for enchanting yet. and where do i go to spend my blood shards? kabala? i don't see that person...

 

10 levels is a huge difference

And yes go to that Kadala crap woman to spend your blood shards for items that you will turn into gold or materials. She is usually near the rift obelisk and is a fire thingy on the mini map.
