whats the difference between a and b spec. how do I pick which one I want?

 

cheat happens

 

a spec = you drive

b spec = you control the CPU driver

 

you pick just before the start of the race

I tried using the Stream and I even had the horsepower bumped up all the way with mods. My tires were melting down though with the race mediums, maybe i should switch to race hards? also the thing had no power at lower rpms at all.

 

fully custom tranny bump up those gear ratios Will help with the lower RPM lack of power.

 

I will work on a template that can be copied and pasted into replies for ease of use.

Not that I need it but I noticed they don't have the separate manual on tuning the ride. I don't think they had it for part 3 neither but boy was it handy in part 1.

man, I tried Formula GT champhionship last nite... first race (out of 15) is 60 laps @ Tokyo... I'm like wtf... I'm just back from work, wanna chill out and relax a little, not run 60 laps of hardcore F1 concentration @ Tokyo... yeah I'm Bspec'ing this. Won pretty easily so I'm thinking damn, I'll just keep doing this, ain't too bad. Yeah next race is 127 laps @ Super Speedway... I'm like pshhhh... done. Yeah I guess I should have set gearing to top speed, because 10 laps into it I'm losing bad. Anyway, that is a hardcore series... you get 3mil and an F1 car... forgot how much you get per race.

The F1 Championship in GT3 was a nightmare for me............


I still have flashbacks of red tires, squealing, and another F1 car flying into the sand trap for some reason

all F1 cars - no modding required. but I did need to change the gearing for the Super Speedway race... damn I don't know if you can even do that for the F1 cars, haven't tried....

GT3 is was 200 cars I believe. Odd because there were only 180ish cars in the game.

 

GT4 has a 1000 car limit. At least thats what tells me.
