If the post sale customer service is that shitty, cancel the deal and get the red one that's local. They're blowing you off because beyond the sale, they have no incentive to retain you as a customer since you're taking the car out of state.

I'd like to do that but there has to be something seriously wrong with that one since it has been up for at least 45 days while coming down by over 2500.
Fast forward two weeks - lights and sound system have been installed at 3am (because AZ heat) and one week later you're bored with it and on the hunt again

I'll see your factual sarcasm and raise you I'm already bored.......
lol
But seriously, I learned my lesson. I really liked the Tundra and this is an enclosed luxo Tundra.
I don't like how you make financial decisions.
-your wife and I.
Also, the joke is on you...you that wants instant gratification are sitting there playing with your pud.
Get your money back and hunt for a local.
So you don't think I should have given that nice Nigerian prince 1000?
There are a few reasons I'm not killing the deal yet.
First, it is 99.9% what I want and that is hard to find.
Second the price is right (assuming it is what it is claimed to be)
Third I am trying to be patient and hoping that crap about patience paying off is true.
Here's what's going on now (and I wish I had just let Home Depot do it)
Also, stick with what you want. You can be annoyed at the purchase process and satisfied with the product, or satisfied with the purchase process and less-than-satisfied with the product. I'd choose the former.
Possible movement today, they hope to have it on a carrier tomorrow with a Friday delivery. I have to go to a local dealer, they keep saying "on Bell road in Phoneix"
I keep saying which one? There are two very close to each other.
AutoNation USA Phoenix2625 W Bell Rd
Phoenix, AZ 85023
AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM & FIAT North Phoenix

Agreed, (on both) I think the truck will be fine, I just need to grin & bear the shitty process.
Probably the one with BELL ROAD IN THE ADDRESS, ya nutjob
AutoNation USA Phoenix2625 W Bell Rd
I am a nut but they are both technically on Bell.
Here's proof I'm crazy. My Garmin NAV has been sitting unused for over a year. I wanted to update/charge it in case I needed it for the pickup in Texas. Could not find it. Looked everywhere it should have been, then started looking where it shouldn't be. No joy. I threw away 10 years of boxes I was hoarding so started to think was it in the box when I threw it away?
I have a pile of old/broken laptops that landed on the floor during that cleanup and as I had looked everywhere else I looked there and DOH! there it was under a freaking pile of notebooks.
Using the phone is why it has been unused for over a year. I wanted backup just in case, plus it's fun to turn a nav on while on a plane and have 30k feet elevation & 500mph+ lol
