They were ignoring me, I complained to their "concierge" customer service which has a quoted 24-48 hour response time. I found the email address to the regional manager and forwarded the two ignored emails to the store GM in which I was complaining about the sales manager that was ignoring me and cc'd the GM & texted that I emailed him to the sales manager. My phone was ringing within 5 minutes and I had the tracking, a picture of the label, as it was still there although the sales manager insisted it shipped Saturday.
Then the sales manager called incredulous that I was upset as he thought he was providing A++++ service. He refused to acknowledge all the missed promised responses and ignored emails/calls/texts.
I used to manage the claims for the company I work for during smart grid deployment...
Trust me, I know how to illicit a response.
Good for you...the more situations like that the less they are complacent.

I really like this one, it is a Platinum, on CL locally. It started at 19,9 and is now 16,8. I did not reach out as it has over 170k and had already been on CL for 27 days when I first saw it. It has been renewed and the price reduced.
Something must be wrong with it.
Mine does not have the center console which makes getting to the 3rd row easier.
Damn. As much as I love the 4Runner, that shot of the brown leather captains chairs in the second row alone makes me think that could be an ideal highway cruiser.

Is there some "car hauler grooming and etiquette" school that all those guys go to? Because all of the vehicles I've had delivered have been couriered by that exact guy. 300lb+, wearing a recently washed, but still hopelessly stained T-Shirt too.
Mine does not have the air suspension or reverse tilt mirror option but I bet it's easy to add the tilt & I prefer not to have the air suspension.

I read on one of the sites it has 1 cubic foot less than a current Excursion. I rented a 2020 to move my Mom to Santa Monica, that thing was huge & we filled it to the brim with her stuff.

Good customer service and being careful with people's stuff would be easy to me.
FedEx next day SAVER (assholes) I asked why can't we zoom/docusign like we did with my Mom's house that was 20x this transaction value. Crickets and they sent the packet.
I'm now asking them to have the carrier come to my house and I showed them a map of the street in front of my house that runs between two streets, is the length of 10+ semis and has nothing on either side, (people park gigantic trailers there all the time) waiting for a response.
Hopefully, they are not driving my contract from San Antonio.
