Hell yeah!

Huge service pill to swallow but the reliability factor will be nice.

Best of luck @ttribe

Would have to drop the whole suspension and subframe to do it that way. Out the top is cheaper if there's nothing else that needs addressing in those parts.

Congrats on getting this fixed, it'll be a brand new car now! Which means it's time for big turbski's and a tune to make it an absolute monster.

Staying stock. I run out of talent with 600HP, it could be dangerous with more.

Eh, I'm just going along with the gag. I will be very happy to have my 600hp back, with a warranty, rather than tune and upgrade the thing into oblivion only to blow it up again.

What's the turn around time and is there a break in with the refreshed engine?

I'm sure you'll be itching to drive it.

Since I'm having the local shop do the work, it will be much shorter than had I shipped the car to RK; I wouldn't have seen the car until mid-December in that case. As it stands, if it weren't for Thanksgiving, I would probably have the car back by the end of next week. But, because of the holiday, it will probably be the middle of the next week. Regarding break-in, I need to discuss with RK, but whether they recommend one or not, I'll be doing a self-imposed break-in to be safe.

late to the party....

I am glad you kept the car.... you would have paid $10k+ more for a new/replacement car compare to a year ago.

that alone would be enough to offset a lot of the repair bills.

#positivethinking

Car drives good?
