Direct it towards State Farm and/or her insurance company. I hate to say it but the more people bitch the faster things get done.

 

i left a message with her claims adjuster since she never picks up. she works 7-330 and always calls me back at 325

 

he knew i was frustrated. and my shift didnt go exactly smooth.

even though state farm called the lady that hit me and she admitted fault, her insurance is saying i was speeding.

cops on scene said it was her fault but just because of where the accident happened, no report was filed.

Because they usually get so much money off of the thing, that you don't really have to pay anything. They get 50%, you get 50%.

And once the lawyer is involved, the insurance company stop f around because they know you are not f-ing around.

my lawyer doesnt charge anything I can get his number I have 2 diff ones but there in Sac he may be able to give u some advice.

it was kinda offset head-on/semi sideswipe if that makes sense.

i was moving at about 20mph on the main road of the parking lot in the plaza. i intended of going straight and the lady wanted to make a left hand turn (on coming in my direction) and i had right of way. there are no stop signs, ect. she turned into my left front and hit me while i was moving, hence the damage down half the side of my car before we stopped.

she didnt signal, and i didnt expect to be hit. it all happened pretty fast.

but i know for a fact that it wasnt my fault

 

her insurance still wont pay for a rental because she only carried 5k property damage coverage.

damages on my car will be close to 8k when all is said and done. im going to go by the shop right now and see what the rest of the damage is

Went out for a quick drive with gf and spotted a Gen 1 MS3. I have admit, it looks very handsome. And for some reason, the car looks so much more expensive than the regular 3s.

A lot of people say it's looks the same with the regular ones, but it really does look very different from the 3s.

 

I saw one yesterday with Rx-8 wheels and dropped...

I have a soft spot for the Mazda Wagon for some reason..

I would but the fiance doesnt know how to drive manual and I wouldn't want to teach her in that, im usually always the one that drives but sometimes she does sometimes if I'm sick drunk tired or just dont feel like driving LOL

i found a couple nice 1st gen MS3 in socal, Kev. both Grand Touring/non navi. both are lightly modded (suspension, wheels, intake)

price seemed fair. clean car fax
