i was already in the plaza. bk entrance is kinda inset from the main intersection. i was headed straight towards walmart ( main entrance is a ways in ) and she turned into me.

yea. and it took 15 mins for her to to provide proof of insurance. PD has to call her provider himself to make sure she was covered.

she had 4 kids in there too. i couldnt tell if she was looking at the road or her kids. and there was a witness. he was indian and had a heavy accent, but its a witness nonetheless

state farm said its my responsibilty to call.

and no, well yes it is driveable, but its not the safest. suspension damage, major rub on the tire, and two chunks missing from the left front tire. body shop picked it up this morning.
