i was already in the plaza. bk entrance is kinda inset from the main intersection. i was headed straight towards walmart ( main entrance is a ways in ) and she turned into me.

she had 4 kids in there too. i couldnt tell if she was looking at the road or her kids. and there was a witness. he was indian and had a heavy accent, but its a witness nonetheless
and no, well yes it is driveable, but its not the safest. suspension damage, major rub on the tire, and two chunks missing from the left front tire. body shop picked it up this morning.
When I got raped by that semi, his insurance was dragging their feet as well. I had to get a little wild to get my rental when it went into the shop :silvermad
Moral of the story: Persistence pays off
They didn't want to give you a rental because they know your history, and there wasn't enough insurance in the world to protect you.
