Sarlacc's Challenger Updates
#241
I think the chrome looks nice. Some cars don't look good with chrome wheels, but I think they really compliment the Challenger.

I'm telling you, all you need now is the fake SRT8 badge to go along with the fake SRT8 rims. Your wannabe look will be complete. PS: please stop the childish name calling

Those aren't SRT rims. They were wheels that are optional for the RT specifically, maybe the SE as well.
Anything, else you want to be wrong about there Dr.Dumbass?

Got dropped off to me about 30 minutes ago. Looks awesome, drives even better! Took a lot of the slop out of the stock RT suspension. After driving it and going in/out of the garage I'm not so worried about the drop. I'm still mindful of it, but its not as un-forgiving as I thought it would be.
And even with the SMS suspension...the car is still VERY comfortable, even though its very sport tuned.
The 20" chrome clads look a lot better than I thought in person...still not going it keep them forever i dont think.
I'm stoked

I'm going to respect you and not say something Sarlacc would REALLY be offended by despite his continuing on with immature tough guy internet comments. But if he continues, I'm going to say something he's not going to like very much.

This is the internet. There is NOTHING you can that will offend me. So why don't you pack it up and listen to what the mods are telling you. You really need to get over it

We'll see how you feel the next time you make another wise a** comment. I'm the one that needs to get over it? The only reason I've posted in this thread about a car I could care less about is because of your need to make snide remarks after my posts. Like I said, I really would like to say something, but I'll hold it back out of respect to Terry.

Let me guess...you are going to try and make some insult geared toward my wife since you cant get to me. Didnt work with Stonerboy wont work with you.
I predicted he would try that in white text before he even did it and the dumbass got himself banned
But go ahead, feel free to say what you will, like I said. I dont care if its about me, my car, my wife, my parents, whatever.
Its the internet, I could care less.
But for someone who keeps saying they are going to respect a mods wishes, you sure dont shut up. This thread is about my car and the mods have it asked it stay that way, if you want to attempt to offend me feel free to start start a new thread about it. I thought doctors were smart?

Wheels are the chrome clad factory option...
Basically, SMS made a big fubar on getting parts and scheduling me...so they called this morning and offered to swap my wheels.
I THOUGHT I was getting the 20" chrome Heritage wheels that come with the RT classic edition, but it was a misunderstanding on my part.
I'm not huge on chrome, but these look good for now, and I can always sell them for something else later.
PS: Both the SMS suspension (shocks, springs, sways) and the wheels...plus install = no cost to me

I think the hood is like 1200.00
I know the functional butterfly inlets are cool...but meh, must not an aggressive look.
There was some guy on CT who so cal local who was trying to sell his CF hood at a great price.

Car looks great with the drop. If you end up getting another set of rims I think you should try to get some that still look "American muscle". I see too many people puttin rims that don't look right on that car. Just my though.

They look very similar to the ones I just got but a little more "sharp" and not chrome. I think they are a little lighter, too, since they are Alcoa.

Wow, the drop and wheels really changed the whole look of the car. Freaking love it now! There's really nothing like a drop to set a muscular car off. Nice work man!

Drop looks good!
So, when's the boost coming?
