Albeit, living in the arctic, I would say there is a place for SUVs but yes...less of them otherwise in places where it's just not needed.

It sucks, but I'm not very surprised. It wasn't very good to drive - the ride sucked, it wasn't very inspiring, and it sounded like crap. Really the only redeeming factor was the fact that it was a fantastic looking car.

Apparently the Mk8 Golf R keeps the same 6MT as the old one (which is also the same 6MT as the GTI). If that's the case then I no longer care that the Golf R Wagon isn't available here.

 

The 7AT is also available.

And the MK7 6MT isn't bad. The clutch is.
