It was good meeting you too bud, no better way to start the morning with a few VTEC pulls
Let me know when you're back down in SD and we'll hit up a few breweries down here.

Lol...
Well. My plans were to:
-Finish welding up my custom 3" quiet exhaust.
-Buy a DC5 radiator and re-weld the radiator brackets to accept it.
-Tune.
-Front tyres.
-SEVERAL days at the race track.
-Sell.
But...I can pretty easily bypass my plans to the "sell" stage haha.
And yes...it has AC still. For those hot IL summers :dabbing forehead with damp cloth: my my my.
K24A2, ITR LSD 4.78FD trans, K pro. All that shit, tough guy.
That might turn off a few types of buyers. But...this is the 3rd time I've owned an ITR. This time around, I wanted to own the car for the chassis. Not for the originality.

How much you selling it for, and where are you located?
If the Canadian dollar wasn't so horrendous right now, I'd honestly consider scooping that from you. It's not often you come across a rust free Type R around here anymore. It's not every day you find a clean K-swapped Type R either. I am a very 'keep it original' kind of guy, especially for rare cars like the NSX or ITR, but I dunno.. I like this one
What suspension/brake mods have you done? Anything on the interior (hopefully not)?

The only thing done to the interior is a JDM ITR momo wheel and airbag(s) delete...and a JDM DC5-R 6SPD OEM OMG WTF shift knob. Original seats, etc. Its dirty in the pics...but in great shape.
Suspension is a Koni/GC combo. I have 440, 600, 570, 670 and 250 LB springs so that it can be configured in a few different ways. It rides about as badly as any other Koni/GC setup lol. I want to get some more mild springs (I had 360F and 380R on my old ITR and they were more bearable). Or maybe swap the Konis for Bilsteins. Or leave it alone. Idk.

The swap was not done by me. It was done by some shop in FL. They did a good job overall. Not Roland-Spec....but very very very good.
I would have opted out of the mil-spec harness tuck, and would have welded the radiator tabs for a full size...and probably CNC'd the upper brackets and used isolators. Beyond that...its an A+ swap. They used the softest possible hasport mounts, and retained AC. My mouth was agap in pleasant surprise.
Brakes are stock. ABS works now

Friend did a sub-2 at Buttonwillow without any aero mods. Insane. Just sharing some good track footage.

Tracks in CA seem like they are very technical and fast paced. The tracks here have longer turns and way less elevation change lol.
BRB. Planning another road trip to CA in the S2000.
