I was surprised too, the big resonator really makes a difference. I like the idea of a quiet exhaust that looks sutble .. but gives great gains.
Did you ever dyno your Accord? I'm thinking about doing it on mine .. wonder what kind of power I'd make.
Thanks man!

Hey Civic, I got it for $8900, and that was before I even knew aboout the Timing Belt/Water Pump/Tensioner & Oil Seals. The dealer said that was $900 worth of work alone.
Here's my Aux/iPod input and Aux Power Outlet I installed in the front storage bin. Not having an Aux Input was really driving me crazy, I had installed a Sony CD player in My last car a 97 Thunderbird LX 4.6 V8, and I felt lost without it in the Accord. I use it to play MP3's and Pandora through the radio, as well as, as a Hands Free from My Droid. So I was so happy to find out that there was something out there that just plugged into the back of the stereo to add the input.
Oh, and the Motor.

CL Fog Lights
Hey guys, does anyone know if the Fog Lights from an Acura CL will work, or could be made to work on an 03 Accord Coupe? My neighbor has a White CL and I keep looking at the Fogs when I see it. They look like the same size and shape as the opening on my Accord. Has anyone else done this? I just don't care for the factory Fog Lights. For now I'm replacing the factory blanking pieces on mine with the blanks from a 6-MT that looks more like ducts.

With today's technogly, it would be a good project to do some LED work with that to make it brighter

Not a fan of the stretch on that.
Tampa - The guys on the CL side put the Accord fogs on the CL, but there is trimming required, so that would lead me to believe the CL road lamps (as stated earlier, they are not fogs, just a reflector with a 5w bulb in them) are smaller.

The should fit, might need a fender roll though. I know the Accord guys can run more aggressive fitments then the CL and I was running 19x8.5 +40mm for awhile. I was fine up front but needed to roll the rear fenders and trim the bumper tabs. It all depends on how low you are though.

A 9" wide wheel would be pushing it, especially with a +40 offset. Unless you want to roll, trim and possibly pull the fenders out I would go with a less aggressive set up. I'm old and conservative when it comes to wheel and drops though.

GM Synchromesh FM.
I put the fluid in when I first got the car (about 33,000 miles ago)and it got rid of all the problems that plagues the Honda 6 speed transmissions. The fluid itself lasts, I could have left my old stuff in for at least another 10 - 15,000 miles .. but I found a deal on a site where they sell it about $9 a quart.

From D.C. Accord made the 10 hour trek from T.O. problem-free, although a little power would've been more than welcome. Uncle here has a 2004 V6 sedan that has me very jealous.
Do any of you AT guys (if you exist here) notice a bit of gear holding on long trips? About 6 hours in, the car would stick in 2nd or 3rd on the freeway and would not shift unless I let off the gas completely and got back on. Was pretty annoying.

Not too sure about holding gears. You have a 4 cylinder right? My brothers old 03 i4 wouldnt hold gears, even when trailering a motorcycle from FL to NY.

Aman my 3rd gear takes forever to shift into 4th sometimes. Every once in a while I have to put it in tiptronic and manually shift it into 4th because I'm going 40mph in 3rd and it won't change

Wow, that's weird. How old was your brother's car when he had it? Maybe it's just getting old? It's starting to bog a bit in the low range, wondering if a Seafoam treatment would help or do more damage at 130k miles.
Lucky Tiptronic mofo. Accord only has 1,2, D3 and D.

He bought it new (it was actually my sister in laws car, but he used it to trailer the bike). They had it for three years then got a Pilot. They didnt have any problems with it (aside from vandals), they just needed something bigger.
