No...YOU! Pay the 3K!
I swear...if my point were 30K...TL could get sold...make payment $400 or less...
at 35-40K...I'd have to sell both the TL and S2000 to make it reasonable to me...
and I am not confident I'd be happy about losing both those and having a payment in one fell swoop just to have a badazz powerful heavy bad mpg panty machine.
I wish my wife would let me just buy all the cars. I need 1 of each. Except the Aztec...I don't need that one.

I came up 1500 and he was only willing to drop 500. That leaves us a total of $500 apart.

Have some new bulbs for the headlights... but to get to the headlights you need to take the bumper off... so I'll do everything at once.

Going to do the black upper and lower and yes, I will have the new ATS badge in the grill. Decided to get rid of the wreath.

Everything I've read makes it seem pretty easy to get the bumper off. We'll see soon enough

Since you mention warranty and that is an 09 so it has to be aftermarket. Does anyone think it makes sense spending money on an aftermarket warranty with these cars?

I have a '10.. considering it's got all the options + corsa + warranty + in cherry condition + TX ride.. not bad.

I'd like to know more details about the warranty though, just to make sure it's legit.

Now that I pulled back the search, and the wife had a sign of relief...it'll be a challenge to go back again. At least right now...
I did bid on that burgundy V on ebay last night though...at 22K she's like wtf...why...I'm like, for 22K I'll take whatever color it is, fool!
Anyway...CCC if you've never owned black before...it's a great and rewarding color...I just want a different next go...white or dark gray for me...I will say the SRX's paint (Wife's is Raven) seems to be holding up very well...in comparison to Honda soft paint.

I'm not going for a warranty. If the wife's E350 is fine out of warranty, I'm definitely not worried about the CTS-V

PS - The Porsche was black. Took a bit more effort to keep clean, but very rewarding when it was all shined up!

Other than colors, I think the only thing to look out for is if '09 has nav or not. It only became standard in '10. I think '11 or '12 got the back up cam.. and '12 got a new trans flash. Nothing considerable that I could find.

There's also what appears to be a cherry '09 V in Brooklyn for 30k w/ 60k miles (black). I think the only negative is it appears to be non-nav and non-recaro seats. But considering for a few extra miles, and 2k more, you can score the one local to me which has corsa exhaust, nav, recaro, plus other goodies.. worth the extra coin.

I've always been sketchy of Miami, NY, and Houston cars. So many flood cars or undocumented poorly patched cars. Really need to see some of these cars in person before even considering it. The brooklyn guy has a series of vids showcasing the car, but a couple of the vids he shows the undercarriage while it's on a lift.. and it's like.. hmm he has a lift, did he repair the car? lol. It looked pretty clean.

Cadillac CTS-V

Anyways J.. do what it do. Take care of yo fam foo! You suckas have me looking for Vs and I already have one!

I saw the Wooster one at some point in my travels...I am always leery when they put up stock photos of the car.
Brooklyn...I totally agree with you about that...for some reason in my mind I think Miami or NY/NJ...pass! Up there for rust too...unless it wasn't driven in winter...
it's like that Virginia one...have buddy look up carfax and he's 3rd and not 2nd owner and reported to have been at an engine diagnostic shop in July...why would someone with an existing warranty have to go to a private engine diagnostic shop. Unless it had a tune done...but he didn't mention that. I don't know...I think in my collection of anal rapings, I've learned that when I sense a red flag, move on.
Although I was totally snowed by the 7400 mile "lightly raced" salvage title Wagon because the guy was nice.
I find it fkng hilarious that they listed the Wooster one with Gray exterior but Grey interior.
That one actually isn't bad...if they were to do 32K all in and transported to me, that would be a killer deal. I'd kinda prefer the black interior, but who knows...

Yes we finally struck a deal. Depending on how my work schedule pans out this week I might be able to go get it Wednesday but most likely won't be able to pick it up till Friday or Saturday.

I gave in since I already have a buyer for my F I didn't want to have to drive the TSX daily while trying to find another one I liked.

Well, if it's any consolation, I am a sucky negotiator and if the number is worth the money to me...I give in too...
I always think, yes they want to sell, but there are a million buyers! If it's $500 stopping you from getting the car you love...

haha... oops.

Be careful... Majofo is a bad influence. When I sold my Porsche he started posting links to CTS-V Wagons.

One of those links was the car I purchased

OMG Congrats!
It's as fast as TLX with a UHP tire set.
