You could put $5k into that ZL1 1LE.. and it would be even faster.

Lexus learned from their mistakes with the RC and built a proper sports car under Akio's personal guidance. It hides its weight very well for a car built into a category where weight isn't much of a concern.

I'm curious how aftermarket tuners will modify the CTR aesthetically. How functional is that wing?

Wingin’ It

If one piece of the Civic Type R’s bodywork stands above the rest, it’s the hot hatch’s massive rear wing. Mounted above the smaller spoiler that comes standard on all Civic hatchbacks, the Type R’s towering rear wing is as ostentatious as it is functional, with Honda stating that the big wing generates 66 pounds of downforce at 124 mph.

No Supra. Nooooo!

That's almost sacred ground.

Something small like a Tercel or a CVCC.

Something with a blown engine. Yes I agree it’s sacred but it’s better to resurrect an otherwise forgone car.

I think if you get rid of the red in the kit, wheels, etc, it'd look cleaner. Then again I've always favored a clean, subtle look.

Given that he's doing the swap to begin with, I doubt he'll stay bone stock.

IIRC K swaps are cheaper and more easily available too. Just more difficult to tune.

Except the RC-F is a bad car. Too heavy.

Yeah it's a pig, but I wouldn't call it a bad car. It's a good mix of performance, luxury, and reliability

Not sure about buying price, but cheapest to lease that is for sure.

0-60 means little but that 50-70 passing power tho...

This is so fucked up... for me but good for others
That 4 banger will be faster than me....

November 2017
  • Confirmed engine upgrades (B48TU, B58TU, N63TU3):
    • 7/18 - non-US B48 G3x
    • 11/18 - G20 intro with new B48 and B58
    • 3/19 - G11/G12 LCI with all upgraded engines (BTW, 750i becomes xDrive only at that point)
    • 7/19 - US B48 G3x and all B58 and N63 G3x
    • 8/19 - all G01/G02
  • EOP for G32 is 6/24.
  • M2 CSL is a real thing.
  • A more powerful hybrid powertrain is coming in 745e and X5 xDrive45e models.
  • G08 (X3 long base) is being considered for other countries besides China, including US/Canada.
  • F39 X2 M35i will be introduced in mid-2018 as a 2019 model. It will be the first model to use the new iteration of B48 engine producing approximately 300hp. Only automatic transmission will be available. The car will have the same bits offered on the already introduced X2 models equipped with M Sport package, adding LED lights as standard and special M Sport seats (not clear yet, if they'll be standard or optional).
  • 850i is out, M850i is in. This is strictly a naming and packaging change (M Package with M Sport braked, diff, steering wheel, rear spoiler, and active steering becoming standard for this model).

I got my new winter rubber in. After 5 winter seasons, my Michelin Pilot Alpin PA3 are done. Very happy with them.

Naturally, I went with the new Michelin Pilot Alpin PA4 model. Wow, what a different in tread style just by looking at them.

Going to mount sometime next week.

Got two sets of rubber here too. Replacing Michelin MXM4 with General. $70 off from them. $100 from Discount tire. $170 discount per 4 tires for two cars, could't beat it.

Even at that price. Accord will outsell TLX at 10x+ rate.

But in seriousness, Accord is too new and TLX is too old. That is why
