And let's not forget how both VW and Porsche had very close ties to the Third Reich...

And definitely, it is pick your poison. This is why my original comment was about the quality of the product and not the people you consider are associated with it...because, it's a gray area with almost heaps of things.

Because to them (Japanese), they did not do anything wrong. It is cleared stated in this history book and that is what they have been teaching their kids nowadays.
I have no problem with Japanese cars but the moment they start investing more in military and get approved to be on the P5 nations. That is when i will start boycotting their shit. They need to pay for what they did in WWII and they have to understand that.

And I'm not at ALL hating on Costco's viewpoints about GM...but, seriously, I would be beyond shocked if none of the major car manufacturers had full-stupid mid-level morons whose behavior was detrimental/toxic to the progress of the front-line staff/engineers.
So, perspective-wise, one could argue the Japanese auto-makers are worse due to what the country signified in WWII.
Food for thought.

Taken out of history's context, I like how Japan's culture is today. It is better than how America's society is. I learned that Toyota's manufacturing process halts all production when they find a defective product, and don't resume until they have a fix. At least, that's how it's supposed to be.
Japanese people overall are just more likely to take pride in their work. It's not just about collecting a paycheck and sticking around until pension eligibility kicks in.

And I may get laughed at for this...but, the Pontiac Sunfire? It was a riot to drive too...then again, may have had something to do with being alot younger and one of my first times driving anything and stick.

I learned how to drive on a Cavalier and without any experience in other cars, still thought it sucked.

That's unfortunate, but it is a blurred line.
They did some horrible, unforgivable things in that time period. Even more disgusting is how they didn't own up to it. This discussion can get really drawn out with no end in sight, but I'll just acknowledge it and leave it at that.

Rumored one in production as a SP car. Beyond that, far fetched.
The majority of his 'claims' are pretty ambigious and anyone with somewhat knowledge and understanding of how Ferrari launches it's models could have dished them up up. LaF XX is coming we all know that (that being said I cannot say it enough times that none of the LaF's on the 'Ring were XX prototypes). Latest is they might plan to do a closed preview for selected clients at Finali Mondiali. LaF Spider is easy guesswork in the days of increased personalization and SP cars. From what I've heard from sources and also read on FChat, there supposedly is a single LaF Spider SP car for a client in development.
Why didn't he upload a picture of the document he claims to get info from?
The V6 458 "little brother" is boloney from a-z. I heard the same type of rumour about the Cali T last year, that there would be a V8 and V6 version. Well, Ferrari sells enough cars, they are capping production numbers and spreading the production of a model more equally throughout it's lifetime. A brand new model into that equation? Not happening.

which one would you choose?

I'm a hardtop guy. Aventador Roadster is one of very, very few exceptions. Diablo too. I guess Lambos in general.

I should elaborate, nothing wrong with a Carrera GT. In fact, targa would be my preferred body style assuming it doesn't have excessive flex. The vent-and-door Roadster follows that recipe, as does the CGT.
R8 Spyder = blegh
and if it always/only comes as a roadster, that's okay.

This however, the hottest looking car imo, even in the midst of Poopdicks, P1s, & Zondas.
