I use large pelican cases for work as well. Check under the foam inserts, etc for a business card. I stash them everywhere in my cases. I also have a nice collection of the "Opened and Inspected by the TSA" calling cards in there...

Ordered the tripod and remote last night. Heading to the mountains this weekend so hopefully the weather cooperates.
Next on my wish list is a fast prime (35mm f/2 IS) or wide angle (10-18 f/4.5-5.6 IS)

Decided to donate the Rebel (and kit lens) instead of selling it. There is an arts school in the area that was excited to get it.

I managed to fill most of my gear other than my tripod and big softbox in my lowepro 200aw bag. Needless to say carrying it while traveling almost killed my back. So I decided to get this since it was the cheapest and tsa approved.

No doubt!, One of the reason I'm switching to Fuji. Turns a 30lbs bag into about 12lbs.

Yea that bag was bursting at the seams when I saw it. Definitely designed for smaller rebel sized bodies with a kit lens.


Same goes with my flip side 300. Too small for my 1D + 24-70 + 70-200

Replace the 1D with my NEX-6 and everything fits great.

it almost took your arm off at the airport when I asked you to pick it up . But a gripped camera and 4 lenses including a 70-200 2.8. I thought it held up pretty well
