For me, I would say that the majority of the time, I enjoy the post processing more than the photo taking!

edit: yet a third aspect I've found I really like is sharing. Flickr is a great place to see what people are interested in. I could care less if a photo comes out in explore, but looking at stats and doing analysis on search terms, etc is something I've found is very, very neat.
I haven't any problem with high quality, takes about 4 seconds. I am using FIOS though, not sure if that's the difference. What size photo are you uploading? I generally only use 1024X6## for the internet.
i want to take my car to a mountain where it's almost completely covered with snow. i live in los angeles, any idea where to go? somewhere less than 2 hours of driving range! let me know if you know any locations that might be worth going for a shoot.
about 5 hours of driving one way
that's the first thing came up in my mind.. went there last year for snowboarding and it was awesome.. so much snow up there! too bad its too far for this time!

what about Big Bear? A friend of mine lives in San Diego, and he has recently taken pics of a snow covered mountain from his front yard.
I picked up some of my pictures that I had printed tonight. First time Ive seen any of my work on anything other than an 8x10 that came out like crap....pretty
about how they came out.

Thinking about renting the 24-70 f/2.8 or 70-200 f/2.8 for my time in Paris. Just not sure which one, if I indeed do.
I have the 18-200VR (Version I). Great overall lens. 70-200 would give me more reach do to the crop factor and allow me to do some things that I haven't before.
The 24-70 would be more versatile and I'd probably use it more than the 70-200.
I don't know.
I think I'm just getting an itch to try something different out. Not that I necessarily need to.

Bad timing on posts.
I wasn't planning on selling it before my trip. It is a consideration for later though. Looking at different things.

I was planning on bringing it.
I was considering renting something else to bring as well to play around with.
73-shot stack with a $4 lens. pic and info inside.
