That's cool, simple. Looks great. I hate it when I see something I like and I ask the photographer how the flash was setup and the reply with a drawing or schematic. It's like ..."Ugh...too much effort" lol
Just bought an inexpensive radio transmitter, for my flash, from Amazon. It's not ETTL, but manual only. Since I very rarely use my flash, mainly because I really don't understand it, I figure this will be a tool to help me be more comfortable with it. Some of the photos seen here in AZ have inspired me to delve into it with more enthusiasm
there are photos in any kind of weather, you just have to take advantage of it, but I agree sometimes it's a little tough. I think gray flat skies are the worst, but I'm also not a fan of clear blue skies either...the sky needs some clouds.
can anyone guess or give me an idea what lens this was used in this pic? 135mm f1.8 maybe?

I got this from this link that stogie1020 posted in the "Stolen Ferrari Fraud" thread

Did you check the event log or any other logs?
Have you tried running it as administrator? I had an issue in the Win7 VM that I run on my MBA where PS CS2 wouldn't start and threw a similar error. It ended up being the registration/activation failing because of permissions.

im being flown out to NYC next weekend to shoot a new stage setup for a trance act. since my 7D is out of commission and they needed to schedule this next weekend, they offered to rent a camera I can use and asked what I would need. so of course I said 1D Mark IV. lol. hope I don't like it too much.
