Yeah, I figured I'd run into you eventually. Sorry I couldn't stick around longer, but that was my boss I was with and she was already late getting home to her husband because of me. Wait, may I should rephrase that...
Oh lol. Pardon my surprise, I kinda didn't know who you were at first.
. I kinda don't run into people on the way home like that and I wasn't expecting it. Anyways good to meet after all these years.

ended up with the Lowepro Fastpack 350 backpack... I like it because its kind of in-between what I said I wanted - it has the side-access and it also holds a 17" laptop if I need to have that with me - so now I don't need to get another bag, this should fit all my needs. Good price too.

When future Hall of Famer Randy Johnson(notes) retired earlier this year, many assumed that becoming a pitching coach was his next natural step.
But leave it to one of the most unorthodox pitchers of his era to pursue an unusual and unexpected passion in his post-baseball life.
Rock 'n roll photographer.
As reported by Noisecreep, Johnson was spotted among the crowds that packed Chicago's Grant Park last weekend for the Lollapalooza music festival. And not only did The Big Unit stand out because he's 6-foot-10, but also because he was toting a fancy camera in hopes of getting a great shot of Chris Cornell and Co. during Soundgarden's comeback concert on Sunday night.

Then there’s a BIG announcement coming soon… something to do with Photography and iPads and iPhones… can’t wait to share that one - that too has been a 6 month project in the making… more to come soon! The goal is for all of this to happen within the next 2-4 weeks!
So I told myself I'm not going to get a 7d, but got one anyways. lol! Practically new 7d body for $1,300 and sold my 40d to my cousin.... Still gonna pick up a 5DMIII whenever it comes out.
Random Question: Why is ETTL flash limited to only two metering modes? At least on Canon it is. Why can't the camera meter ETTL flash exposures with center weighted or spot metering?

Flickr rocks..I just renewed my account. That's how Nat Geo contacted me - never letting that puppy expire. :shakehead
You don't have to renew it, if you're not really going to use it. Your images will stay there as non pro, but only the last 200 images will be displayed. IIRC
