I've been pretty impressed by the S90's my friends have bought lately, so I imagine the G11 will look similar. I'm more curious about the day-to-day handling and if people felt it was too close to their SLR in size to justify bringing it with them. I feel like the S90 is the right size to bring everywhere, but I'm not as confident holding it with my big hands.
Decisions, decisions....

As G10 owner, I felt the ergonomics were just great. Everything I've complained about in the past with the LX-3 being too small and difficult to handle, was pretty much the polar opposite with the G10. IQ on the other hand...well we won't go there. Ergonomically speaking though, I'm pretty confident you'd like the G11 Dan.

If they don't offer you enough for the pics, let them know you have pics of them at the clubs completely drunk and drooling over the dancers.
thanks, hope it keeps going.....
You know, I read on another forum the other day that the moment you upload a picture to the web at a large size, it becomes worthless. Clearly FALSE! I uploaded this picture like almost 2 years ago, 1280px wide. Some things just need some brewing time.

Great line Miz.
It's sort of like the positive mirror image of a Jay Maisel quote I read a few months back.
"You obviously didn't give a shit when you took this picture because because you're not making me give a shit about it now."
As Joe McNally says 'Jay is classic New York.'

I was reading over at fm.com earlier. Guy has had to send his 1DMkIV into Canon Service, getting grease on his sensor and error message with 100-400 attached and then finally stopped working. Now he is fighting with Canon service, and they have it in their system as a MK2. Poor guy!

I picked up a very slightly used Crumpler 6MDH to use with the mother ship (lowepro computrekker plus) and wow, they are really nice bags! I managed to fit my 24-105L IS attached to my 7D, sigma 18-50, 70-200 2.8L IS, and 580exII in there!

People are being very sweet.
