The RDX looks surprisingly good with the new schnoz. The FWD version was also a new surprise. More options=good.

The front looks better, but it's not entirely because of the grille. I like what they did with the additional air vents/foglight housing. It's very BMW-ish.
But the Audi Q5 still better looking than it.

Looks like new wheels, too. I wish they showed them still. I like the new foglight treatment.
Bottom of the sides looks like cladding. Do not want.
Edit: the link shows the new wheels. I like them.

Whats up with RDX owners?

Ive always liked the RDX, and that beak isnt too bad. I wonder how real world driving is with the FWD RDX. 260ft-lbs doesnt seem like fun going to the front wheels.
I only skimmed the article, but it says its a 2.4l engine. I thought it was a 2.3?

Its a catch-22 though. They dont have buyers because they dont have anything interesting. They dont have anything interesting because they dont have any buyers.

My guess is that there isn't anything with much Torque to keep the RDX a sport vehicle. Acura would need to re-do its 3.5L V6 to get a whole more TQ out of it. After all, its all the TQ from the turbo that makes the RDX so fun to drive... Also the interior could use quite a bit of improvement, like rear-a/c, better dash materials, better ergonomics and a few other small things.

^ hear hear! I never liked the RDX's interior. The only thing that felt luxury about it was the fact that it head leather seats and leather surfaces on the doors. The grade of plastic and the faux metal that is used liberally throughout felt more Honda than Acura.

Suzuka Master
Looks a little better

Go Big Blue!
I'll second that motion. I have my mid life crisis schedule in the next two years and want a hardtop convertible roadster. Unless Acura gets their ass in gear I'll have to move to MB or BMW. I like what BMW did with the Z4. It's in the crosshairs right now

I see beak!!!
...and it's position is higher than the headlights...like the TL ...
I guess this design was already on the drawing board before the TL was ripped by the masses.....either that or Acura wants to stay the course...oh noes!
