IDEA to bypass the factory amp on the 04 TSX:

Use the male and female harness,leaving the speaker outputs from the radio exposedand and into a LOC and not CUT any factory harnesses? Will I lose the steeringwheel controls?

This works as I did make one however you can also just use this piece from an RSX and it works fine. I have no engine whine with my amp that I can tell.

It basically does exactly what you are talking about but gives you RCA output instead of speaker wire.

Nevermind, yesterday I was not man enough to properly and securely connect the 2 harnesses but i got a good nights sleep and a good breakfast and figured out the problem and connect them securely.
