Is this part of the Drip Molding?

Trying to figure out my options here. Bird hit windshield and seems to have disconnected a 7 inch portion of thin rubber trim off of the chrome windshield border. This chrome border runs from bottom of windshield up over roof.

At highway speeds of 70-80, it starts flapping and generates a loud buzzing sounds.

Anyone have ideas on process to reattach?
Or confirm if this is/part of Drip molding?

Tried searching forums. Found many articles about dented or scuffed trim, but none that i could see referring to problems with this rubber piece.

Thanks for any help.

Rubber trim that appears to have only be glued to chrome trim that runs from bottom of windshield up over roof.

That rubber trim is part of the chrome drip rail molding.

Driver side drip rail molding: 73163-TK4-A02
Passenger side drip rail molding: 73153-TK4-A02
Clip A: 73155-TK4-A01 (you need one on each side)
Clip B: 73155-TK4-A11 (you need three on each side)
Roof clip: 91572-TK4-A01 (you need four on each side)

Hey it's been several years now, I know, but has anyone found away to reattach that rubber bit with out replacing the entire drip rail molding? I really don't feel like spending the 83 dollars per side on a new set if there is an easy fix to glue that piece of rubber down.

I am having the same issue with my 2013 6MT

Does anyone have a video or instructions on how to remove this part and reinstall it?

I am about to purchase both sides due to the rubber issue noted above. I also have an issue with the left rear molding that comes down the back window from the roof molding. That piece is painted and I can still get it for my color code but there is also a "dam" underneath that piece and I think/hope the dam is the rubber piece on that back.

Anyone know and how I can remove these to replace them? I LOVE the fact that you stated the clips I need as well for the roof moldings.

Any help will be grately appreciated.

Looking for some assistance - The rubber between the windshield and the driver's side chrome drip molding on our 09 TL has disintegrated. This rubber appears to have been attached to the drip molding. If so, does the entire drip molding need to be replaced? If yes, Is this the correct part? 73163-TK4-A02. TIA.

Rubber has disintegrated and been removed, leaving a gap between the chrome drip molding and windshield.

Looking at the general area the yellow arrow is pointing to, on the image below,...

and comparing it to the partial screen shot Riboflavin's FSM's removal instruction (red arrow) below (taken from his DIY thread above), I would guess .

73163-TK4-A02 is the driver side drip molding and appears to be 'unavailable' on the Acura vendor website screen shot and 'discontinued' on the Honda website below, as well.

Therefore, if you need this drip molding, I would act fast & consider the one found on ebay below?
