Haha guys I'm not tyring to say Photobucket is horrible.
I actually still use it for my "randoms" where I don't care about quality.
It's quick and it works.
But for car shots or anything I want to show up really well, flickr is used.

^^^ what J is saying is true. flickr+picnik are the shit. i remember GIMP from back in the day, my friend used it. should look into it again i guess?
what i love about picnik is how fast you can do what you want, and you don't need to have YOUR computer with you....anything with internet and your golden.

thanks...feel free!
Photobucket's interface is REALLY easy to use.
BUT I realized one thing that made me stop using it for my "good" photos.
Photobucket degraded my images I uploaded, making them pixelly and grainier than the original.
You can Google it if you want.
I discovered this when I uploaded this picture:
You can clearly see the pixel "blocks" if you look at my TV closely.
I uploaded the exact same file on flickr and it was perfect; no loss of quality.
Sorry SharksBreath lol I'm sure you don't mind the talk about image editing in your thread!

being "huskied" is the worst!
very cool! i have a bunch more if you're interested.
oh wow sorry dude. just a baseball bat?
alright so it was a sad day in the sharksbreath household...the time has come to swap wheels for the winter. used 25mm spacers in rear, and 20mm up front. 06' stockies painted gold/bronze mounted on winter tires (pilot alpin III's) w/ TPMS. the ride is very comfortable now, WAY different than the aftermarket wheels.
also got around to the WHITE door sills, courtesy of dave.
^sorry for the awful picture. just snapped a quick one with a baked potato. i'll get a better one later.

yeah i love the ride with the stock wheels...very kush.
thanks, earl. i don't know if i'm feeling the gold too much, i may repaint them like a light/medium gunmetal. idk...maybe it'll grow on me.

^^gunmetal! do it! i'm thinking of refinishing the stockies on the MDX (since 3 of the 4 wheels have rash on them courtesy of the PO) and having them painted gunmetal or a liquid graphite color. i'd like to refinish the stockies on the TL, which haven't been on the car since...hmmm...2006. i'm thinking of turning that into a DIY project. i'm not a gold fan, but it definitely gives your car a completely different look.

i'm with ya.
i just got a great deal on the wheel/tire combo that i could not pass up. besides, it's only temporary until the warm weather comes back!
i may paint them if i can get access to a heated garage or something. otherwise, i dunno!

look nice n different aaron, i say save ur money and leave them as is.. like u said, its temp. i dunno.. i actually like the ride on my 18's better compared to the stockies. i think the tires on my stockies just suck. I notice it pulls to the right on the stockies (even before i got the 18s). No probs with the 18s

yeah the more and more i think about it the more i think i'm gonna go for it. the only problem is, it's very cold right now and i don't think the painting process mixed with cold weather is a great idea.

SB, how do you like the spacers? You haven't rolled your fenders, right? I'd still like to do them, but with my drop, I'm concerned about rubbing when you bottom out.

gunmetal, eh?
i like the spacers a lot. if you remember before, i ran 20mm REAR and 15mm FRONT on my type-s wheels. i wanted a little more flushness this go around so thats why i bumped it up 5mm all around. i'm tucking tire and run a slightly negative camber in the rear so i clear just fine. fenders are rolled as well. you would be just fine running 20mm rear and 15mm up front. just to play it safe.
easy to install. torque to 85-90 lbs and you're good to go.
FINE! i'll paint them! just gotta find a heated garage so they paint adheres correctly.
anyone? anyone? bueller?

^no but i'm sure the info is on forgestars website. and you could find the tire weight on falken's.
they aren't heavy tho...i think each wheel (no tire) was like 22 lbs...ish
they're stacked in my garage right now for winter, i can weigh them when i get home today and report back.

^very big difference. the 9.5's are a lot more concave than the 9's.
looks great as a staggered setup. i had no idea this was the case when i bought mine but i'm happy that's the way they look.
