i upgraded from the 4103 to the 4113. it has better range and a more updated key fob. signal is a bit stronger as well. link is below.

yeah there is an extra key fob but it's real tiny. i won't mind having it on my keyring.

Awesome. Thanks for the reference! Will you have the remote set up to perform any other functions, or will it be for the auto-start only?

Well in order to work I will need to leave my key fob hidden inside the car which I don't want to do that, also I haven't seen anyone in the RL forum that has done it.

If I can install this smartstart I'd be happy. Check this link

remote start will do the following...

-remote start
-unlock/lock
-pop trunk
-auto-defrost

OEM keyfob will retain it's functions and factory alarm is untouched.

it actually only took him like an hour and 1/2. a local guy in my area came by my work and did it. i think VA would be too far of a drive for him.

Can I ask what it cost you if You don't mind? I would be willing to head up to MD and have it installed if I had to. Soemone here quoted me "80$/hr and 4-5 hours." crazy.

unfortunately, no. this product isn't affilated with viper in anyway. this is a pretty basic remote start, for an affordable price. it does a great job tho and i'm very hapy with it.

oh, and he can do RL's.

That's good. Ask your guy if he can do viper one. I don't want to carry the extra remote. Did you ask him about leaving a key fob inside the car. pm or text me the cost please.

went to the 2012 motor trend international auto show at the convention center in baltimore city this past saturday. here are some pics.

2012 S.H.I.E.L.D TL (tactical package)

it was cool seeing this one in person, pretty badass. and a good thing too, the price is just within my budget at a mere $9,229,000.00

2013 Acura ILX concept car

2013 Chevrolet Camaro (transformer)

2012 Mustang Convertible

some random Acura picture on the wall...thought it was cool.

2012/2013 Chevrolet Corvette's...i couldn't find Eli Manning anywhere.

2012 Cadillac CTS-V

2012 Chrysler 300

2013 Kia Optima concept car...

this is a Kia hamster

some random wheel/rim company

2012 Ford Mustang (shelby)

ok that's all the pics i feel like uploading...we took a bunch more that i need to sort through.

on sunday, decided to finally take off my damaged bumper and replace it with my freshly painted one. also had to remove the aspec lip and reattach it to the new bumper. had to remove the rear wheels to gain access to a couple of screws/brackets holding the lip to the bumper. everything was going smooth until...

lock/lug nut sheared right off when i was removing the lugs.

so...i hammered on a 3/4 12pt socket and got it off. gotta admit, i was freaking out for a second.

i won't bore you with the install pics but here is the finished product. no more dent!

i was also able to successfully pull out the dent on my old type-s bumper, so if anyone is interested in a 2007-2008 NBP Type-S bumper...it is listed in the black market.

That SHIELD TL is insane! Thanks for sharing the pix. I was at Justin's crib doing the brakes on my TL when he got the pic of your lug/stud situation. It's kinda making me think twice about getting spacers on mine.

Glad to see the rear end all fixed up

Wtf, we don't want pictures of your gay ass in the cars. Where's that fiancee at?!?!?

Forgiatos aren't some "random wheel company", they are expensive as fawk and a lot of cars at SEMA had them. The company had one of the largest booths at the show as well.

But back to the TL-S, the new bumper looks great and I like where you put your Acurazine sticker
