yeah that homeland security TL was crazy. they put A LOT into that thing. naturally, they kept that one locked so you couldn't get inside. all the really nice cars were either locked or had a forcefield around them.

Forgiatos aren't some "random wheel company", they are expensive as fawk and a lot of cars at SEMA had them. The company had one of the largest booths at the show as well.

But back to the TL-S, the new bumper looks great and I like where you put your Acurazine sticker
sorry man! she was stuck carrying all my shit that i got at the show and taking pictures.

i know forgiatos are a well known company...should've put that in red text i guess.

and yessir! so happy the bumper is all finished. paint match is spot on.

uh oh...what happened with yours? i think mine could be related to a couple reasons. it was freezing cold, it is a wheel LOCk and not just a lug (they're prone to breaking anyway since you can't latch onto the whole lug when removing them), spacers may have had an impact on them...but who really knows. the other wheel came off just fine. afterwards, i replaced ALL of the OEM lock lugs with a different type i had laying around so it won't happen again.

here's what happened for me...since I didn't drill 4 of my work lugs deep enough to clear the extended lugs without the spacer on, they hit the end of the stud and stripped the inside threading on the lug nut itself. Had to have it drilled out at the local tire kingdom.

Needless to say, I felt like crying.

there was a WWE wrestler there...but she was nothing to look at it. i think i was the best looking one there...scary i know.

*alright guys i bought a gopro hero2 motorsports camera...i'm sure you all know what it is. did a quick trial run and here it is. don't mind the disgusting gold stockies...

i'll be doing some in cabin runs with the different clear cases that gopro gives you. (diff sound quality/picture quality etc)...the video was shot with the skeleton backdoor, and ended up having too much wind noise. i'll try the solid case next time. vid is nothing special, just me going to the jewlery store...kinda boring.

and i'm having a hard time getting the youtube video to load. do you have to have a premier account now'adays to upload longer videos? i just sat here for 45 mins trying to upload the vid...only to get a "video is too long message" during the end of the processing. what the hell?

Sharky, that is AWESOME! can't wait to see it...

I have a solution...take a shorter video. PS, speaking of high tech gadgets...just got a OBDII bluetooth reader...and the TORQUE app for my android...WOW, all the info you could EVER want from your car's engine right on your phone. SO cool!

J.

and with your "what did we learn" remark...you SOOOO sound like my fiancee'...I already replaced the stripped lugs from work and was thinking of how I could make it work...she was like "for a smart guy you're fkn stupid...those lugs are not going back on your car".

OK, babe...you're right. FK...needed longer lugs.

How long is the video you are trying to upload to YouTube?

I've never had an issue with uploading my videos but then again they are usually 2 or 3 minutes long

My buddy was just telling me at lunch about the torque app and he showed it to me. It's very nice indeed, something Apple doesn't have.

haha funny enough there actually is a little squeal in the beginning of the video...wet rear brakes when I backed out of the driveway. weird...

I kept looking out the window when I was driving thinking that it fell off haha...the suction cup is sooper strong though. really well made product.

I'll try the vid tomorrow guys...sorry.
